I was offered only one type of blind that could do what I wanted and then simply offered same blind for rest. Only thing I picked was color. Come to find out it couldn't be done on one window and had to come measure again and offer a different blind. Then they installed mine. Not close to being total blackout as has no side panels (not even made) or bottom. Cant tell you how costly this was as my drapes did better and thus far have offered NO help except make another at their cost on top of what I have paid. Stay very far away from this company as they got 1 out of 3 right. Owner thus far has not been any help.
