I called and spoke with Anthony in the morning, and even though he was booked all day long, he still made it to our house. He quickly disassembled the dryer, identified the built-up lint around the burner, cleaned it all up and wiped it down, checked all of the wires to make sure nothing was melted or shorted, and put it all back together. I arrived a little after 3:45 PM before closing, but was denied service. If the actual cutoff time is earlier than what's posted, it would be helpful and more respectful to customers' time to clearly state that. A notice indicating a 3:45 PM cutoff would help avoid confusion and unnecessary trips. (I went to two different Sunset Recycling down that were down the street from each other and I was denied at both of them)
