When you call to get a quote for a custom shirt, they direct you to send them the image and they evaluate the possibility of it getting done and if it's a-go, the price can be discussed. The Huz wanted an image printed on the front of the shirt and a small image on the short sleeve area. Once he uploaded the image, he was sent a link a few days later of what the shirt would look like, the price, and a prompt to purchase the shirt. Once purchased, they sent a text that the shirt was ready for pick-up. Easy process, just some days waiting but it's all up-front and they let you know give-or-take how long it will take. It was a fairly smooth process, but the initial response from them was a bit of a struggle...waiting for a response and phone tagging. The physical shop is shared with The Long Beach Computer Repair and there is no signage that indicates that it's "Mad Prints". We were told that they are working on the signage, or at least something that indicates the co-business. It almost feels like a secret, exclusive shop with a if-you-know-you-know situation. :-D We had a good experience and will most likely order more custom t-shirts. read more

I wanted to get one shirt screen printed as a gift. I wasn't sure if they only did bulk orders or if they were able to complete a single order. Their main website has 2 phone numbers you can text for immediate response. I got a response in less than 30 minutes! I was able to get quick answers and was advised to send my images and the mock up I created to an email address. It took about 3 days to receive a response from the email. And I was provided a link with a mock up they created based on the details I provided to them. If I wanted changes I simply had to reply to the email, if I approved, the invoice was attached. My order was ready really fast, quality is great, pricing was reasonable! I provided the shop with a shirt I wanted to use. But I believe they also have shirts for purchase. The actual location is located inside a computer/tech repair shop. But I just had to mention Mad Prints and they knew exactly what I was talking about. I was going to just chalk it up and take the order as is, but this place made it right and said they would mail out new shirts. Which they did! I bought some vintage t-shirt transfers from the 70s/80s and asked Manuel C. at the shop (via text from number on website +1 (562) 964-6437) if he would heat transfer them onto shirts. Even though it's very difficult and time consuming to do, and there's no guarantee decals this old would even transfer, he agreed to do this small job of six custom shirts for me. All six came out perfectly, and the work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. He was so easy to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any job I had.
