TransVip on the other hand is an awesome service that takes the stress away and keeps the lukas in your pockets. They offer both shared Van transfers and private taxi transfers all for a set price. I can't tell you how many horror stories I've been told about people flying out of Santiago and paying double, triple, even four times what they should be paying. And that is all because they were not using a trusted service like TransVip. I always use them especially when I am coming from the Santiago airport. The only draw back is if you take one of their shared vans you might have to wait for other people to get dropped off on your way home. If you are in a rough or just require a little less stress and a little more comfort get one of their private transfers and have the car all to yourself.

I ended up missing my flight, had to pay 75 USD and missed my bus in Peru as well which was another 10 USD at least. At the airport office they assured me a refund if I write to their email address. They responded to the first email asking for my flight details. Then they realised that I was right and stopped responding. Sent like 5 emails, no respond. Very disappointed. Worst customer service.
