The assistant for the U/S didn't seem to be in a very cheery mood but others were very courteous, so I'm just going to assume she just dislikes her job or had a bad day Nothing feels more stressful than medical exams and especially in a hospital setting where you feel like you're being herded to your next test and having to "take a number". Prices are med-high compared to other medical imaging comics, probably because of their downtown location. If you have previous imaging results to show them, be sure to let them know at the reception desk, it'll speed up the process.

Maybe the radiologist can also introduce herself and say hello instead of hiding behind that window... but maybe that's asking too much. They never asked if i might be pregnant (i wasnt) but they always should, exposition to radiation during the first semester will likely cause will birth defects and carcinogensis to the baby. rude staff but also potentially reckless

The staff and doctors easily spoke to me in English which was a relief as when your in a weird situation your brain dosent always pick up on stuff being said to you if it's not in your mother tongue. I was brought in by ambulance so I don't know what the wait time would have been like but I'm sure they are quite long. The hospital itself is in need of some love and care and upgrades a lot of the hallways in certain sections look run down and could use at least a fresh coat of paint. As well I had to spend my whole stay without a pillow because they didn't have enough to go around small things like that need improving.

The staff at reception are very welcoming. I was late for an appointment the other day and they said it was okay and simply took my details and asked me to take a seat. I saw my doctor quite soon afterwards. My doctor is the best and very professional....I raise my hat to him! I see the other doctors who come and go to fetch their patients, they all look very pleasant; I like the idea that they come personally to fetch you rather than use an intercom or numbering system, which I find to be very impersonal! The pharmacy is in the same block so that makes it very convenient. CARRY ON THE EXCELLENT JOB, CMQL!!!!!!!
