She genuinely cared about the patients. My tech Rachel was also skilled and was efficient performing my study. Great customer service people all around. If you need x-rays, CT, MRI ultra sounds, etc. , I highly recommend this office. You will complete your procedure quickly and get the results usually the next day. Good luck and don't worry.

    The patient experience was fine. Intake was well done and the bone density scan tech I had was…read moreprofessional and seemed very competent. My problem is that the reports they produce are provided ONLY to the MD and that the format of the reports is such that the MD is unable to add them to the patients electronic record. I wanted to see if I had made progress with the things I was doing to improve bone density and they make it nearly impossible for the patient to manage their own health which I think is highly inappropriate. My MD is going to have to make a photo copy of the results and physically MAIL them to me. Therefore, even though it is convenient and the experience I had there was very pleasant, I won't return for my next one because I believe I should be allowed to see my own test results and manage my own health with information that is contained in my medical records. This is a high level decision for Premier Radiology and they need to address it and revise it to be patient friendly sooner rather than later.

    I recently visited this clinic for a routine mammogram. As a senior who is new to Tennessee, I…read morefound the overall experience disappointing because of my interaction with the mammography technician, Rebecca. During my appointment, Rebecca explained that they needed my previous mammogram images for comparison and asked where I had my last exam, which was over two years ago while I was briefly living in Springfield, Missouri. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the name of the facility. Rather than helping me work through the situation, she appeared visibly frustrated, and her facial expressions and body language made me feel as though I had done something wrong. She commented that after the exam she would have to start calling clinics to determine where my previous mammogram had been performed. At one point, I asked for her name. She responded, "I told you when I called you back." That response confirmed my impression that she was being unnecessarily rude. I told her that I felt she was being rude and that I didn't understand why. She replied, "I'm from Michigan, and I get that a lot." While I appreciated her honesty, it suggested that she was already aware that others have perceived her communication style as unfriendly. I understand that healthcare professionals have demanding jobs, and I appreciate the importance of obtaining prior imaging for accurate comparisons. My concern is not with the process itself, but with how I was treated throughout the interaction. Patients, especially those who may be anxious or unfamiliar with the process, deserve to be treated with patience, courtesy, and respect. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. At this point, I'm undecided about returning for future screenings. There are several imaging centers in the area, and patient experience is an important part of healthcare. If the clinic requests feedback through a patient survey, I will gladly share my experience. Otherwise, I'll likely choose a different facility for my future mammograms.
