The care is great! No issues with the quality of care. But the Billing!!!! They will only send a TEXT!!!! You will not receive a bill other than a text. The billing information that they use to bill the insurance is different than the texted bills. Customer service is no help whatsoever! Barely speak English. They also take many weeks to text you the bill. And if the patient doesn't let the person who pays the bills know that they received a text, which looks like a scam, so why would they? It will end up in collections. Who ONLY TEXTS a bill without letting the patient know that's they only way they are going to get a bill?!!!!! read more

Terrible overseas customer support. I called to discuss a bill that was related to a workman's compensation claim and it took well over 10 minutes for the CSR to even FIND my account. She was so incompetent. I explained that I'm getting continual text messages and emails about a balance. While I knew I have a balance, it's related to a Workmen's Compensation claim and I was calling to let them know that I will be calling when I get the claim number. The person I spoke to told me there was no balance on my account! She kept cutting me off and reading from a script, and her accent was so thick I could barely understand what she was saying. Absolutely ridiculous customer support and I would give zero stars if I could... stay away from this company if you can. Unfortunately, this company was used to read results of a visit I had to the emergency room so it was out of my hands, but if you have a choice, stay away! read more

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I received a bill from a debt collector for a visit from over a year and a half ago that I never even received a bill or phone call from them to notify me of a balance! I had to call multiple numbers trying figure out what was going on and spent more than four hours trying to reach someone! HORRIBLE company is an understatement. read more

I received a bill from a third party collection agency through this diagnostic imaging center. Not only did I never receive the actual paper bill, but no calls were made to my number in order to inform me of a bill I needed to pay. When I checked my account through Heritage Medical, it showed all my bills as paid in full. I'm shocked at the complete lack of information I received from this business about a significant and expensive imaging bill nearly 6 months ago. Even with changes in address, the company had my number on file and failed to call me to inform me about the changes. Very disappointed. read more

Recently found an account from these guys had gone to collection. I don't recall ever visiting their location in downtown Nashville, but perhaps they own other locations that someone in my family has been to. I have not received any letters or calls from these guys asking for money, and would have gladly paid the account immediately and in full, had I been notified. The amount was very small, which makes me think this is likely an accounting error or some other mishap. Such a shame that they have such poor customer service that they made no attempt to even ask. Stands to reason why their "For patients" page is mainly about how they hate sending accounts to collections, but if you have a problem, then it must be something do to with the state. read more

Based on the other review, this seems to be the theme. It is baffling to me how one goes into the hospital and the hospital and physician all have the correct address, but for some reason the radiology has an address from 11 years ago on file? When I called Radiology Alliance, they told me that was the address the hospital gave them. BS. As the other reviewer experienced, it then went to collections and thank goodness I'm on the ball with these things and called Blue Cross to cross reference EOB's to bills, I was able to pay and remedy the situation. However, this is a major problem and taking advantage of people. Someone at Radiology Alliance is in cahoots with the collection agency. What a crooked way to operate! I've never in my life reviewed a medical company/hospital. This is such bad business and they do NOT want to take blame and the lady on the phone was even rude. AWFUL read more

If I could give negative 10000000 stars I would. This company really does wait until 2 years and then tries to negatively impact your credit when it was already paid. All of my balances were paid in full by both insurance companies during the vehicle accident and I'm still having to deal with all this back and forth nonsense disputing it with proper documentation. read more

I had a procedure done 11/2019. I paid them $700 up front. 07/2020, I received a notice of collections for an additional $200. No communications in between the services and the collection agency 6 months later. I'm at the same address. If I ran my company this way, I'd be broke. Your billing department is a joke. read more

I received a letter in the mail from a debt collection agency on their behalf and have no clue why I received this. I've never used this company before. I never received a call from this company. I never received a bill in the mail stating I owed them anything. I've called their office asking for an explanation and they've yet to return my phone call. Ask who will read your x-ray! DO NOT USE THIS GROUP! The business office for this practice needs go to "customer service" school. They did not get my insurance correct. Now I have to "prove" that I have insurance. If employee did his job correctly the first time this bill would have been paid MONTHS ago. Radiology Alliance has to have the worst customer service ever. My daughter was involved in a car wreck and had radiology services as a result. The wreck was not her fault and we have been trying for months to get copies of the detailed billing from them so that the claim can be paid through the at fault insurance company. No one ever answers the phone when you call with billing questions, nor do they ever return phone calls. Radiology Alliance turned over the outstanding bill to collections despite numerous voicemails from us regarding what was needed to clear the outstanding balance. Collections called us several times. We told them what the issue was and that it could be cleared up if Radiology Alliance would respond to us. We didn't hear anything from Radiology Alliance until my automobile insurance company got involved and sent them a letter regarding the outstanding information. Then, Radiology Alliance mailed us a copy of the needed information ALONG WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S PRIVATE MEDICAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO A WORKERS COMP CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about a violation of HIPAA LAWS. I am currently in the process of locating the individual whose private information I received to let them know how Radiology Alliance is mis-handling their private medical information. Stay away from Radiology Alliance. There are plenty more radiologist in the Nashville area who are more caring, responsive, and attentive to the patient information than Radiology Alliance. read more
