Klare Ansage wann Zeit bzw. Platz für die Reparatur wäre, unkomplizierte Abgabe und Kommunikation was gemacht wird und wie viel das ungefähr kostet, plus wann das Rad fertig ist. Gezahlt habe ich für die Inspektion dan 37EUR, inklusive 7EUR für ein Ersatzteil welches ich selber auch nicht günstiger im internet hätte bestellen können! Einfach klasse.

Ich kenne das Geschäft seit den 90er Jahren,…read moremeine Mutter war zunächst Stammkundin bei Michael Rösch sen. und das Geschäft wurde ordentlich geführt. Nachdem Michael Rösch jun. übernommen hatte, schwamm das Geschäft in Qualität und Inkompetenz nach unten und die Preise nach oben. Als das Geschäft auch eine Dependance in Muenchen hatte und man sich als Vespa Fachhändler ausgab, gab ich dann einmal eine Vespa zum Auswechseln der Hupe hin, dann wurde die Elektrik ausgebaut und anscheinend hat man dann festgestellt, dass man keine Teile hatte und man sagte mir, es könne leider nicht weiter repariert werden und ich sollte es abholen. Ich sprach dann mit dem Chef selber und verlangte, die Vespa wenigstens wieder in fahrbereiten Zustand zu bringen. Sein Kommentar: "Nein, verklagen Sie mich doch." Schlussendlich hat es mich 1,000 Euro bei einer kompetenten Werkstatt gekostet, den von der Firma Rösch hergestellten Schaden wieder reparieren zu lassen. Dann ging ich 20 Jahre nicht hin, nach dem Tod von dem Chef wurde das Geschäft an einen ehemaligen Mitarbeiter verkauft, jetzt ein Herr Torsten Strobl. Ich ging hin, da ich dem Geschäft bei neuem Besitzer 30 Jahre später noch einmal eine Chance geben wollte. Kaufte ein teures Rad fuer meine 7-jährige Tochter nachdem mir versichert wurde, dass mir bei Ausfuhr (ich lebe mittlerweile in der Schweiz) die MwSt rückerstattet würde. Dieser laufe ich seit 6 Monaten nach, der Herr geht nicht ans Telefon, lässt sich verleugnen und beantwortet keine emails. Fazit: der alte Chef war ein inkompetenter Bauernfänger, der zweite ist ein Betrüger. Man bleibt halt der Tradition treu.

Long review: We brought 3 bikes for services. In the first (a child bike, bought overpriced in the same shop the year before) we wanted to mount trailing wheels on it. The full conversation was in perfect German. Answer: "this is last year model, too old, we don't have parts. It's your problem to find them.". Bike #2: an older (10 year old) bike with a jammed back wheel, we asked to fix it. Answer: " this bike is too old, should be trashed be cause nobody wants it (like we actually we were trying to sell it". We responded asking just to change the wheel. Response: "its 130 euros just to check it out, and then we would have to find the wheel and we are too busy.". Bike #3, a mountain bike just in needs of a tune up. Answer: "we don't even touch subbrand bikes". Our response: "can you just inflate the bike and check the brakes? You know, we can pay". Disgusted, he did that (for free). My wife also asked: "do you sell used bikes?". Answer: "YES, BUT NOT FOR YOU". Response: "excuse me? are you implying something here?". Response: "We only have male bikes". Our response: "that's fine, we may be interested as well". Response: "but they are too expensive for you". Response: "Look, we can pay, but we won't". We know German customer service leaves a lot to be desire, but this is just an insulting place, the only in town, that uses its position of monopoly. That is fine, but you cannot be insulting, sexist and judgmental. Stay away from this horrid place, it's toxic.

I had our bikes taken in here for some repairs and in comparison to other shops in the area they…read moreare really good. The staff are really helpful and honest. It cost less than in did in other places for the same type of work and the guy who was helping me spoke little or no English but managed to explain everything in such a way that I could understand his German and I was really delighted with the outcome. In the busy months come early. This morning at 8.30am half an hour before the shop opened there were about 20 people waiting to get their bikes serviced or repaired. This place is cash only so please come ready with cash for the work they do. They don't even have a card machine :-) Good service and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for ? :-)) I don't mind waiting in line for good quality service.
