Well, I don't know what happened to me this week, but a couple of days ago I was felled by very…read moreintense pain--the kind that made me cancel my clients (which has to be BAD for me to do), and crawl into bed in agony. I'll spare the details, and I'm still figuring things out medically, but I believe this young woman made an immediate difference in my healing. I'll admit I have been a bit of a skeptic of body talk...apparently I'm one of those that has to be desperate to get out of my comfort zone of beliefs (the phrase, 'there are no atheists in foxholes' comes to mind), but I was definitely in a foxhole. Michelle Johnson offered to do a distance body session with me, and followed it up with a detailed email describing what my body was telling her it needed. It fit what I knew was already going on with me--she was not informed of these facts ahead of time. Following her healing session I woke up the next morning about 80% better. I was unable to walk for more than a few minutes without stopping to stretch my lower back and hips. My legs were heavy and I felt like I was pulling a great weight with every step. Nine times out of 10 there will be issues with new things. I believe that Upgrade Labs Corporate needs to develop more on roll outs more so than the local ownership. I believe there was alot of excitement in getting it started and I think things that were out of the control of the local owner deeply frustrated him. He shared some of those experiences with me and offered to "make it right" every time I am aware of. This is like any typical business, getting good staff in this "new world" is challenging. Getting people trained and retaining them can be tough. I have had issues with staff not being friendly, and I spoke to management about it, and I can see the change. I think your approach to an issue goes a long way. I have found the management to be very engaging and willing to work with me through many of the same problems the others spoke of. As far as the technology and the treatments, I believe in them 100% and am super glad "lil ole CdA" has an Upgrade Labs. (There are currently only like 7 across the entire country). i put my body through the paces so to speak on a daily basis and the treatments are great for my recovery and keep me in the game. Yes, they have had some issues and are working diligently to get through them...a little patience goes a long way.
