I can still garden and cook (my 2 favorite hobbies), which frankly amazes some of my neighbors because of my advanced age and having to use a walker for every step. Dr. Williams keeps me out of a wheelchair, which makes my life so much more free and enjoyable every single day. After treatment, I always leave walking taller and more upright, breathing easier, more energetic and with a feeling of real wellbeing throughout. I couldn't recommend anyone more and don't even want to think about how awful I would feel without his gifted treatments. He does have a special gift of healing that astounded me from the very first day. He has excellent advice and wellness tips, and makes living with constant pain so much more tolerable. Assistants are super knowledgeable and have always directed me professional and ethically. Nurses and X-Ray Assistants have always made me feel comfortable during treatment or just making idle chit chat. Yes, alot of patients, including myself are there for chronic pain and are frustrated about day to day life. Dr. Hatheway isn't there to listen to us complain and hold our hands. He is there as a professional, attempting to resolve the issues with the skill and treatments he has to offer. I even love the valet parking and their attendants. And NWP validates!!

My doctor referred me here to see if they could have a different outlook on the pain management. My first appointment we arrived early as requested by the staff. I filled out a few pieces of paper then waited an hour to see the doctor. Not reading any of the paperwork I filled he starts asking me questions I've already written for him. I see the doctor for less than 2 minutes, he hands me a cup to pee in and says "I'll see you in 3 weeks" My second appointment we arrive early, and again wait an hour to see the doctor. Dr. G enters the room and starts talking about headaches. I said, "I'm not here for headaches I'm here for facial pain." He starts talking about taking over my pain management from my PCP. I asked, "what are you going to do to help with the pain?" Dr. G suggests that we put a nerve blocker in my temple where the nerve comes out of our skull. It won't work because the trigeminal nerve was cut at my brain stem! Why is he offering an invasive procedure that wouldn't even work? Did this "qualified" doctor even read my extensive paperwork? I can tell he didn't read up on my case, even though it's my second visit. He wanted to take me off my anti seizure meds!!! Um, he's not a neurologist and shouldn't be trying to play as one. I got angry and explained a nerve blocker won't work because the nerve was cut at my brain stem. He gets up an proceeds to walk out. No care, no empathy, no compassion. Upon leaving I ask the staff if there is a more senior doctor, or one well equipped to take my case on. The staff explains he is the senior doc on staff. This is very sad and scary for those who need help and are in pain. And, have to deal with arrogant, pompous doctors. Do not waste your time or money here.

My husband was a patient there for 5 years being treated for extreme back pain along with…read moremedication and things were going well (he could live with that level of pain) until Dr. Nathan Sneddon from there tried a "new" procedure and I've been in excruciating pain that nothing can relieve ever since. He burned me and I was literally screaming in agony. When he was done, he left the room and when I returned for my next appointment, he didn't even know who I was. After that, I received a letter signed by Dr. Dibble there that I was banned from the Spine Team and my care would be reverted back to the VA. I now have to use two canes or a walker to get around and my quality of life has gone way down. I would not recommend the Spine Team to my worst enemy.
