I was unable to walk for more than a few minutes without stopping to stretch my lower back and hips. My legs were heavy and I felt like I was pulling a great weight with every step. It was exhausting and painful. A contributing factor is an injury in H.S. gym class 57 years ago. She has used acupuncture, targeted stretches and her keen ability to zero in on trouble spots.
