Aris could've easily came to just change 2 light bulbs, and charge me for 2 hours (he charges a minimum of 2 hours). But instead, he patiently spent time to walk me through which replacement bulb to get; how to change it etc. - for free of charge. And when I offered to send him a thank-you card with a Starbucks giftcard - he refused! The person who was originally supposed to come out & do the quote for me got called out to an emergency job but instead of rescheduling the appointment, which many companies would do, they kept the appointment & sent out 2 others. They were both informative & friendly. I'm sorry but I forget the name of the one man but the second one was Elliot. They explained why my outdoor plug kept tripping the breaker & what they would replace the old pot lights with.
