I spend more than 30 minutes to fill all my new information and they through it in the garbage and used my existing information in the system. I have a proof of my screenshot if any one wants. So, that means practice is cheating the patients by charging new patient establishment charges even though they change nothing in the system. This is one way of cheating the patients. They don't have any ethics in the practice. Hat's off to Dallas Medical specialists for inventing new way of cheating the patients.

When inquiring, He is always up to date on the newest and upcoming studies, recalls, and medications. She will not listen to your concerns, she is dismissive, too busy, is always leaving to pick up her kid and forgetting to order meds.
