Inside Philam is a little haven called Sese's Tapsilog. What's really good here is that their serving of tapa comes with little bits of crushed chicharon. A real plus, if you're into that sort of thing. The real kicker though is their acharang kangkong. I just love achara, and their kangkong version is seriously top notch.
