This is the fastest I have ever had tickets printed and delivered. I ordered them Thursday night and they were in my post office box on Monday. I can not even get them done that fast locally. I placed an order for 1,000 raffle tickets. After 3 weeks and no package, I sent an email inquiring. I waited a week and never heard back. I then called. I was informed at that time that he didn't know what happened to my order and that he would get me tracking information. I never got a call back. I called back again for him to tell me he wasn't sure what happened but looks like the order was never placed. He said he would email me. I waited another week and then I finally got an email telling me that they can print the order and send them to me. I replied and said I would like them to print them and overnight them to me at their cost. I did not get a reply. I have waited yet almost another week and just called them. He told me he thinks they were sent out two days ago but he doesn't have tracking information. Avoid this company. read more

Awesome service! Gerry was wonderful in answering all my questions and keeping in contact with me through email. The template online to design your own was so easy to use and the prices were great! Submitted my order on Monday, shipped on Tuesday. Was quoted the order would be there no later than Friday and arrived on Thursday! The tickets looked better than I expected them to look too!!! This is year two using Gerry and his Raffles for Less. Again, received as promised from the East Coast to California. I ordered one day, and I think my order shipped the next. All turned out perfectly. I will use him again next year too. Such an easy site to use, and he has been gracious answering my questions whenever I've called. Hope my experience helps you. read more

I was concerned about ordering tickets from this company. I received a confirmation of the order and the following day received notice that one of their printers was down and they could not print black. They could print in blue if that was Ok. I responded that Blue was OK right away. Since that day I have made 2 attempts to contact them by phone and 3 attempts to contact customer service. I cannot get them to answer the phone, return my calls or respond to emails. Today was one week since I placed the order. After telling them on a phone recording and an email that if I did not hear from them by 5:00 today I would cancel the payment, I received a response. Only saying " Sorry we had some production problems. Your order is shipping today." I finally received my order after 2 weeks. They were printed correctly and everything is ok. So don't rely on them shipping within 24 hours and also don't rely on the shipping normally taking 3-4 days as the websites states. It took 7 days for the shipping. If they had just been responsive to my messages then I would have rated them higher. The prices are good and the product is good. They just need to get back with their customers. I thought the website was a scam or something. read more
