This place is a disgrace!!!! First, UPS penalizes me for mistakes that THEY made in a shipment from China that kept going back to China! NOW, I tried to pick up a package that was delivered today at this location, now run by illiterates who can't read the English language!!!! They lost my package and don't know where it is!!!!! A tiny place like that, and they can't find my package!!! Not only that, this place EXTORTS 10 DOLLARS A PACKAGE from the customers trying to pick up their packages, me included! This place is now a DUMP!!!!! Avoid UPS at ****ALL COSTS****!!!!!!! Now I'm out money because now the package is lost in their building!!!!! It makes me sick!!!!! Overcharged for packing. Item packed poorly and arrived damaged. I use UPS stores frequently to handle packing of items I purchase online and have shipped to me. I had an item dropped off at this store. I got a call after the item was packed that they wanted nearly $50 just for packing. In addition to this, the store wanted to charge me an extra $10 for storage because I didn't provide the UPS label (from my account) until the next day. Most UPS store locations charge $20-$25 for a box and packing. FedEx Office has standard rates at all locations and they charge $22.49 for a 20x20x12 box with fragile packing service. Every UPS Store location is a franchise and individually owned, so prices (and customer service) can vary, but $50 isn't reasonable. What do you get for $50? To make matters worse, the computer wasn't protected adequately and arrived damaged. read more

Amazon return since the packaging place for some reason no longer does returns. I had a return they wanted to charge me almost $90 just for a box!!! I went home made one myself and then they put the amazon return label on it and zero charge. Insane read more

I've moved around quite a bit so have had UPS boxes in several cities. Never have I come across such nice and helpful people. Trish in particular has always been there when I needed help or mail forwarded. They are a good group, very thoughtful, helpful, & super friendly. I recently closed my mailbox because I moved again and I received a very important piece of mail there, and even though I no longer have a mailbox there, she was kind and considerate enough to reach out to let me know that it came in. Worked there, horrible experience, bad management. Got fired for not "moving" fast enough. They also fired another guy for the same reasoning. The prices are also outrageous better off packing yourself or just going to FedEx and getting it thru them, or packing and getting a label your own. Also they charge for everything, and I think they even charge just for fun sometimes to make the business make money. 0/10. read more

I heard that the owner rips people off. With unnecessary fees. I learned 1st.hand this to be a fact! $1.50 for the service of her using her computer to print my PDF! Smh the office direct a 1/4 a mile away, Staples in Stroudsburg, minuteman and, There's a package and shipping store by the cleaners in that same area. Etc.Don't charge +.25 per pg. Now I have never had a rude response. They will nicely rip you off! My point is don't go there for copies! Smh. They should be ashame of their selves. read more

I found out it was still there and wouldn't go out until that night or Tuesday. I wanted to take the time to give this UPS Store location 5/5 stars for their impeccable service. I've been using this spot for more than 5 years and have nothing but great things to say. This place doesnt deserve a 1 star rating. I took something there to get shipped, they measured it and quoted me a price. She then called over Tonyann to check the measurements and the box size they had in the computer which she verified was the correct price which was $19 to ship plus another $24 for the box and packaging. Then i get a call saying they need to charge me another $43 because they messed up and the price to ship is actually $63. I told them that i shouldnt be held responsible for the incompetency of their employees and they should cover the cost. I can understand being a couple bucks off but to provide a quote that is 66% less than what it actually costs is beoynd incompetent. They said they would check with management and get back to me. 3 days later, the day the package was supposed to arrive, i still haven't heard anything so i call the store and speak with the manager Trish. Trish claimed she called me twice over the last 2 days and left voice messages for me both times. I told her i have no missed calls and no voice messages. Without living in the area i had no choice but to pay the 66% higher cost. Avoid this store by all means. read more
