At our scheduled meet and greet, we agreed to meet at the wedding venue. After being there for a while, we received a call that they did not see us and left. OK then. Well our wedding comes and they're at the meeting spot right after the meeting time. Not too much after but enough to make us very nervous. There was no direction really on how to pose or if our poses were weird. Simply guiding us into spots with general directions. OK. Not biggie. Well the kicker is that it took 8 months to get our pictures. And no acknowledgement of anything until we started emailing them over and over and over. There's really no excuses. We paid our deposit on time. We replied with information on time. We paid the final payment on the day of. There was nothing that would have prompted this. I would like to provide proof of all my attempts to reach out via email but it would be just emails basically to myself. If they have made it this far then I'm not sure how, to be honest.

What you see on their website is exactly, if not very close, to what you will get. Their pricing is also competitive and much more attractive than the other packages we saw from other standalone photographers/videographers. My husband and I were nervous about planning a long distance wedding since we would not be able to meet with them face-to-face early on and develop our relationship with them, but Alisa and Oleg took all our worries away. We met with them once over video call, and texting and email after that. They answered all our questions and gave us pointers about schedule and how things would pan out on the big day. We didn't have time to give Alisa a detailed list of photos that we wanted, but we told her that we trusted her judgement and she delivered! She and Oleg really took the limited time we had available to get to know us, and they were able to develop the perfect mood and environment for us on our wedding. Alisa was very sweet to work with and she gave us all helpful direction and constructive feedback to make us look amazing. She even took the photos that we hadn't thought of and asked for on the spot. We also recommend getting their second photographer, who is also just as sweet. While Alisa and Oleg were with us at a separate location taking the wedding party photos, the second photographer (I unfortunately don't remember her name) was at the reception venue taking all the cocktail hour photos of our guests. We highly recommend her to make sure you don't miss any moments of the guests. The videography was exceptional and Oleg was just as great! My husband said he was so funny and helpful with all his direction and I agree. He definitely had a vision which we were grateful for since we didn't really have one. He was getting all these fun and romantic shots and telling us exactly what we needed to do to look a certain way. He also knew how to blend in the background, so I didn't really notice him until we were getting the special shots for our video. We were only able to give Oleg a few songs to use because once we got to LA, we didn't have much time to meet all our vendors, but he filled in spots with some of his own music and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Alisa and the second photographer (which we highly recommend) captured every big to little moment. We initially didn't order albums from them because we were going to make our own albums with the 900+ photos we received. We decided after the wedding that since they were so awesome to work with, we wanted to support their business and trust Alisa once again to work her magic. We are so happy we did! Flipping through the pages of our album is like reliving all the best moments of that day! Every photo that she chose to include was meant to be there. The album quality is also very good and it has that nice professional feel and look. It's a very sturdy material and the pages lay flat. We received our photos and videos about 11 weeks after the wedding. Our wedding was at the end of January and they seemed to be traveling a lot during the next few months for other jobs. Michael is truly incredible!! From our first meeting with him it was a done deal. He has one of those instant calming personalities (brides trust me when I say you need this). The day of the wedding he met me and my ladies first (I'm sure most brides are aware the Wedding day of can get a little crazy). The bridesmaids, maid of honors and I were getting hair and makeup done, while getting dressed and so naturally our room got messy (just stuff everywhere). He was in our room taking pictures, making everyone laugh, reminding me to keep clam that we were doing great on time (I hate being late). He then went and took pictures of my Husband and groomsmen. He even managed to remove the price tag off the watch I bought my husband (I guess I got scatter brained and didn't remove it). When he returned to take pictures of me getting in my dress, he was so talented and helpful he even fixed the bow of my sash (my girls weren't doing a great job, ha-ha). The pictures of us getting ready are fabulous; it truly captures everyone having a great time. My bow was perfect and I have great pictures to prove it. At the ceremony he was everywhere (I only know this after reviewing the pictures). Every special moment of our vows, first kiss, gift to the Virgin Mary, and blessings were all captured exceptionally. He even got our parents, family, and friends' emotions to our vows. Reviewing each photo nearly brought me to tears, breathtaking and speechless are the best words I have to describe his work. I have a few favs of the reception, one would be of our first dance my husband and I are looking into each other's eyes, and the second would be of me flinging cake on my husband's face. Each picture are seconds captured in time. Looking over all the pictures for the photo album requires as much organization and patience's as planning the wedding! Doing this was as magical as our special day. My husband and I are truly pleased with our wedding day pictures. So pleased we used over 300 pictures in our wedding book (seriously so difficult because we loved them all). My advice to other brides, give your photography a reasonable/realistic budget (this is one of the few things you get to keep after the wedding). Second give Michael a call you will be glad you did. King is amazing at communicating, actively checking in on us and asking us key questions for photo planning and prep and responding quickly any time we have any questions on our own. He is extremely flexible and does the best he can to accommodate our schedule and limitations when it comes to planning meetups/discussions and photoshoots. He thinks of many great ideas to take photos and is flexible with time. Along with a great engagement photo and holiday photo session, King was also amazing on the day of the wedding, he start taking photos very early morning (6am) at the hotel where my wife was preparing at then arriving early at our wedding venue to allow for ample time for other prep photos and even visited our venue multiple times before the wedding to scope the venue and prepare for things like lighting. He was also remarkably efficient at getting all the family/guest photo groups in at a reasonable time which was important for the amount of photo groups we had and the limited time we had. He is also a great hype man helping bring energy to the wedding especially during the photo session helping to pump people up during photos and even our family and various wedding guests gave many compliments about him, his energy, personality, and professionalism and this was during the wedding without even seeing the finished product yet and everyone already had good vibes.
