The person I spoke with on the phone understood our situation and truly worked hard and did a deep dive to find someone who could do the job on the same day. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated and needed on my end. Victor was the tech they sent to the home and I cannot praise him enough. Upon his arrival and thorough inspection of the chair to determine the best course of action, my mother had a medical emergency which required 911 to come assist. During that time, Victor was patient, compassionate, and insured that her needs were taken care of first. After her departure via rescue Victor got back to work and did a superb job on the chair. We retain FCHP to clean a relative's home who passed, in order to get it ready for sale. They did such an outstanding job it was with that house we decided to use it to do the same at our house. Though have two people thorough cleaning our home that took pretty much all day was at a substantial cost, one can now eat off the floor . . . . literally. Missy and Angelina worked non-stop all day. Plus, they are pleasant to have in your home. Nothing is too big a job for them, including cleaning a chandelier that has dozens of small glass pieces to remove and get clean and pendant lights that have clear glass, dish shaped and size reflectors. First Coast Home Pros was referred to me by my Realtor and they were amazing. Prompt, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, are just a few words to describe them. Our home is only 6 months old, but our dryer was not drying so well, and after troubleshooting possible issues, we came to the conclusion we needed to have the dryer vent cleaned. So with my Realtor's recommendation, thanks Kim, we scheduled an appointment with First Coast Home Pros. Scheduling was easy, and they even send out informative emails reminding you of your appointment, as well as information on what to expect during the appointment. They called 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment to confirm they were on the way, and arrived early. The best part, they honored my wife's sign at the front door to please remove shoes, and wore shoe covers. As expected, our dryer vent was not very dirty, but they did find a mesh cover at the top of the vent, preventing air flow, which was fully covered. Once removed, they said the air flow dramatically improved. Apparently this is a common item forgotten by home builders. They then advised a once a year cleaning is all we'll need, versus twice a year. They also offer a plethora of other services, so I am very glad to have their number whenever we have any home repair needs. read more

Contracted to "soft" wash the roof, soffits, and front porch ceiling. Matt & Carter arrived on time [called prior to arrival]. They came prepared. And, after a review of the job expectations, they went right to work. The surrounding shrubbery was protected with a nitrogen rich solution (to counter roof cleaning agent), and even covered in some areas with plastic (where roof gutters were not located). Matt and Carter worked diligently. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. The job was completed in about six hours, with no issues. I thought I was being smart going to Angie's List to find a reliable company to surprise our daughter for Christmas. Our gift was to include a deep cleaning and monthly maintenance. I spoke with Michelle and seems very professional and excited for providing this service. A person went to evaluate the house and we agreed on a price. However, a lizard was left in the sink, walls were not wiped down especially under the bar where scuff marks were located. Blinds were not even dusted in living room. I must say this is an 1100 sq ft home. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. My grandchildren came home from school and overheard them talking about the state of the house. I contacted this company and notified them only to be stone walled. I was assured the next crew would be better. HA! NOT EVEN. Do Not Use This Company! They charge way too much and do not back their services. Even after I cancelled they still showed up! I spoke at length with Michelle and made it extremely clear that I would not pay for an additional cleaning on 4/10. I had 3 services in the fall of 2019 totaling about $1500 over the course of a week. I met with Carolyn for all bids. She was super flexible in scheduling my initial meetings, since she had to visit two properties. FCHP was the most expensive for all services but when I made the decision to hire them, Carolyn was the primary reason as she was personable and professional. And I really appreciated making 1 phone call to get all my cleaning needs cared to. Service 1: post construction cleaning. When the crew arrived, they were very pleasant and got right to work. I left them to do their thing. Upon my return, I found a few places that were missed. Iris promptly cleaned those. I could see dust on the walls and asked if they wiped them, and was told that is not part of the service. For a post construction cleaning... you don't dust the walls?? No, I was told. Twice. I was pretty positive I discussed this very thing with Carolyn, but honestly I had a lot on my plate and couldn't remember 100%. I had to move on since I had a lot to do... appliances were being delivered in the next few hours and our movers where scheduled for the next day. So I got to work hanging window curtains, shower curtains, cabinet/drawer liners, etc. I found more places that were not cleaned or were not cleaned well. The crew only cleaned for about 2 hours, and they should have spent at least another hour (I was told service would take at least 4 hours). Did they make the space better? Yes. Do I feel like I received $450 worth of service? No. Service 2: carpet cleaning. Tech arrived on time and was pleasant. He did a good job, even with a few spots that I knew would be challenging. I can't speak to how long the cleaning lasted or if spots appeared after the cleaning (as will sometimes happen with carpet cleaning) since the new owners took possession just a couple days later. But I thought this service went well. Service 3: move out cleaning. The crew was courteous and arrived on time. LaToya called me later, they broke a light cover. Frustrating, but I do understand things happen and appreciated the honesty. FCHP ultimately bought a new light cover and coordinated install with the new homeowners, so they did make the situation right as far as I'm aware. Overall the crew did a good job. I received a request for feedback/review, I gave them my honest thoughts. Then I received a call from a manager who told me that yes they should have dusted the walls, they internally forgot to note that on the work order, but I should have called and they would have come back to do that. When? Probably the next day. I explained that wouldn't have worked since we moved in the next day. What about all the places I found that were not cleaned at all or not well cleaned? Well, they would have caught those places on their second cleaning, but I didn't schedule that service.... So your lack of cleaning was my fault? Because I didn't spend more money with you? And when would I have scheduled the second cleaning? No, I said, they should have cleaned everything to the best possible on the first cleaning. I should share that Carolyn had literally told me most people don't schedule the second service, since their crews clean so well. And in order to get the "discounted price" for the second cleaning, the appointment had to be completed within 3 days of the first cleaning! I did initially schedule the second service for Monday, but canceled after looking at my schedule, we were moving in the next day (Saturday). There would literally be boxes & furniture piled everywhere... And for the next week, that's exactly how it was, hubby and I barely had a path between a mattress on the floor, bathroom, and front door. FCHP offered me $30 off on a future service. Ridiculous. They finally asked how I could be made happy; my position was I should receive a half refund for the post construction clean, since I rec'd half service. I was told someone else would call me, they made it sound like an owner would call me. A call never came. Instead I received an email stating they would send me a refund check for $70. While they didn't actually say "take it or leave it and get nothing", that's how it felt. So I responded to send the money, which they did and I received a few days later. When I think of how I was treated after providing feedback THEY asked for, I still feel hurt. I wasn't rude or hateful, I was factual. And my request was not unreasonable - I didnt ask for a full refund of every dime, only a part of one single service that clearly wasn't done well. Response: I never DEMANDED $100 for replacement of the light cover... I did not know if the light cover was available & the light cost about $100. I thought the the fastest & easiest thing to do was to replace the light (my quick search did not find a cover for the light) or provide $100 refund. After several days FCHP found the cover & once they did, I allowed them to simply replace it. Never did I demand $100. read more

It was my intent to hire this company for quite a bit of work (hanging/removing Christmas lights, installing new light/fan fixtures on the patio and in the master bedroom, installing a new chandelier in the foyer, then replacing our large, glass sliding back door with a french door). However, within the first two (2) minutes of my INTRODUCTORY phone call from TANYA ROSS, who mispronounced my name---several times, even AFTER I provided the short spelling "R-E-N-A" ("Yes, 'RUHNAH' ",she insisted.) At that point, I decided NOT to invest any more of my time and definitely not any of my money, in such a company who's frontline representative lacked professionalism and courtesy in such a simple task as pronouncing the potential client's name correctly. I called a week in advance to change it. on the phone the date and time was changed but when the appointment time came and went I called inquiring about the missed appointment. there was nothing in their computer about the change. I missed 2 hours of OT to be at home and all I got was a " so sorry" lost any future business of mine. After a mess left on windows by people that sealed the brick on our home, we thought our only option was to replace the glass. Window cleaners were unable to remove the spots left from the over spray. Because we have Pella windows, which are casement windows that cannot just have the glass replaced, we got an estimate from Pella to replace the casements for a $28,000 price. This was just for the back of our home. I did some research thinking there must be some sort of polishing that could be done.
