I don't recall the new merchandise part (I skipped over the clothing sections, so maybe it's there?), and I don't completely think it's upscale because the pricing was so good (but definitely upscale compared to regular thrift stores bc of organization, cleanliness, and visual / merchandising displays), but the rest of that description is spot on. This store was by far the best one we went to. It's the type of store you can spend a lot of time exploring the great variety of items they have. They had everything from a vintage Polaroid camera to motocross helmets to vintage dishes to clothing and beyond. Truly the store that has something for everyone. Very well organized and clean.
