I called and spoke with Martha and was told that they would call me back the same day to schedule a time, and that they would need a two hour window. Never got the call until the next day, when I get the call that they're 15 minutes away. I am close by eating lunch so I say okay. An hour and twenty minutes later, prompting me to call again! Finally, and two guys show up in a low rider pickup to do the work, looking more like they were casing the joint than showing up for work. At a $375 minimum price, I would have expected something more professional. They found the problem, fixed it, and it was relatively painless, after some haggling with Martha who is the customer service honcho. Bottom line is whenever you have to call a company to service a problem, really make sure that you ensure what you're getting for the quoted price. I had was unhappy that they told me someone other than their workers would have to come back and reset the alarm, an additional charge.
