The previous company I had ( Sub-Zero Fire Protection) came to service today and wanted to charge quadruple the price of SOS, $50-$70 JUST to retag, yeah right. We had been using the same company at work for years to service our fire extinguisher, but last year didn't have a good experience with them, so when it came time to have our fire extinguisher serviced again this year I turned to Yelp for a new company. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I was able to call SOS Fire Services and make an appointment for the very next day and they were able to come out first thing in the morning (we are a spa, so it's best to get work done early in the morning to avoid noise when clients are getting services). Not only did they service the fire extinguisher quickly, they taught me how to do monthly maintenance and how to actually USE the fire extinguisher (which the other company never did). Before the technician left, they inquired about where we store the fire extinguisher... we had a cabinet that we hadn't installed yet for it, so they offered to install it for us. Not only did they make sure it was installed to meet the code, they rehung a picture for us that was hanging where we wanted to put the fire extinguisher.
