I tried washing them myself at the hotel, but failing miserably I bagged my wet heavy clothes and made my way to Duds and Suds. Since I had already gotten them wet, the staff refused to weigh them until they were dried and folded, thereby not overcharging me. The clothes came back beautifully folded and smelling super clean, saving the rest of my vacation and making me incredibly happy. Thank you!!!

Bonus: I'm really sensitive to smells and completely forgot to ask for fragrance-free, but whatever they use leaves a mild fresh scent that for once does not give me a headache! Minus one star - they had a little accident (hey, it happens!) and got a few spots on my brand new bedspread. Fortunately, it was easily replaced. They quickly pointed it out when I arrived and immediately offered me reimbursement. Really appreciate their honesty!

Paid €50 for a week's worth of both mine and my wife's clothes. Got them back same day and folded with my socks matched! If you're American, you'll balk at the price, but do keep in mind that you're paying an actual human who is going to wash, dry, and fold your belongings all while you're out living your life. Limerick does technically have some self-serve laundromats, but they are one or two unattended machines behind select gas (petrol) stations if you're into that and sitting in your car waiting.

Instead, you must trust a local launderette with your laundry. Best of luck! Our hotel recommended a place nearby. The gentleman running the establishment seemed nice enough, the price was a bit steep at €25 for one load of laundry. Since I was taught as a pre-teen how to properly separate my colors prior to doing laundry, I assumed this was common practice. Wrong. When I collected my delivered laundry from the front desk at the hotel, I opened the bag to find my whites had not been separated from my darks... half of which were new, very dark jeans. Suffice it to say, my light colored items were dingy, my darks were faded (obviously washed in hot water) and my whites were, well, blue. I would have been better off hand washing all of my clothes in the hotel room bathtub and hanging them to dry. Gah! How do people deal with this level of service?
