Left a voice mail with Defiance Vet Clinic to get him in to look at his eyes the next day; we were very worried that he doesn't lose his eyesight. Received a call from them and the receptionist said they couldn't see him until Monday. I explained that Monday was going to be too late & it would only take the vet a couple of minutes to look at his eyes. She was extremely rude & didn't care that he was having trouble seeing. When I tried to explain his situation, she cut me off, didn't care one bit, and the rude, insensitive behavior continued. This is our special member of our family and her rudeness & insensitive behavior was uncalled for. Will NEVER take my baby back there again!

I told the practice manger i have all the legal documents showing i am souly the owner and my ex had no rights to my dog. I explained to the practice manager that there is a court order about splitting the ashes 50/50 and that i can show them (I had the papers in hand). She refused to see it. They had my dogs ashes up there and refused my money to get half the ashes. They gave my dog to my ex and now my ex is holding my dog's ashes until I give him $1500. This clinic could have prevented this situation by simply asking does this dog have any court orders on him or even verifying ownership!!! Just the fact they refused to give me half of the ashes just shows this clinic has no sympathy for anyone's situation! Now I have to fight in court to get my dog back! The worst part is this clinic and my ex took away my only chance to say goodbye to MY dog!!! I'll never get that back!!!
