We hired Rain City Investigation (Kevin Mathews) June 18th to look for my husband twin brother which he has not seen or been in contact with in 10 years and the family is very concern and with a retainer of $500. By June 22nd he sent us an email that he could not locate anything on my husband brother. We then proceeded to file a missing person report and get in touch with the local police department within two days we found out he passed away in 2019. This has been very devastating news for my husband and his parents. The worst thing from this was hiring Rain City Investigation to help us.
