Michael was very friendly on the phone and was clear about expectations. He gave sound advice on a recent hit and run situation I had. I recommend giving a call to ask for a consultation and he will help you if possible! read more

I had a very bizarre conversation with Michael. I was told that if you're looking for a lost or missing person that you are out of touch with reality basically. I'm a very rational, well-educated lady and I was seeking to find someone that I cared about, but Michael said they no longer handle those cases because the people are crazy who are looking for loved ones that they lost ....which I find very narrow-minded, very cowardly ....and with no referral as to where to go next. Of course I can do things on my own and do my own leg work but that was a very bizarre conversation just now... I will stay on my journey nonetheless.. read more

I am a Board Member of a Bellevue Condominium and I contacted Michael because we had been receiving reports of vandalism in our North Stairwell. Trash and drug needles (and sometimes even feces !!) would be left behind by the time our maintenance manager came in the morning to check on the property. We had spent so much money cleaning that North Stairwell after every vandalism. I found Michael through Yelp and contacted him to come in the early 2am - 4am time frame to watch that North Stairwell, take evidence photos, and contact the police if the perpetrator was found. Michael responded immediately and came out right away. Coincidentally, on the day Michael came out to check the property, the trespasser was still there! Michael confronted the trespasser who had a knife, took photos, and sent us a report. We haven't had any problems for awhile now. We do suspect the trespasser knew our condominium location (we are rather hidden away in a dead end street) through contact with one of our units and we have suspicion on which one. However, that unit has been quietly lately. We will be contacting Michael again when we have more problems that require investigation. Thanks Michael! read more

I own several rental properties in the Seattle area, and I had a problem couple that were tenants in one of my properties. I was getting constant complaints from the neighbors about an unusual amount of traffic coming and going from the house. I decided to hire Michael about this situation to see if I could get some more information regarding the complaints. From the first call I made to him, Michael was really attentive and eager to help. He gave me some advice as a landlord and did some digging into the history of these tenants, and found some criminal activity they had been involved with in the past. I used this to build a case and have them evicted. I would have spent hours and hours trying to do this myself. Thank you so much for helping me get my property back, and I now have new tenants that I had Michael do a background check on this time. I would definitely recommend using his services and I will be using him from now on when I rent out my properties. Hats off to Michael and his team!!! read more

I am very disappointed in the lack of results in Michael trying to locate my daughter. He said he would be able to get me an address and phone number for her but has been unable to do so. After lack of response to my email, he has now texted me to let me know he is not working on any cases due to a family situation. So now that I post this review, Michael threatens me with legal action. I guess that's how he gets rid of any negative reviews. You did NOT give me her last known address, I provided that to you. I did NOT propose a "harebrained scheme to trick my daughter." There is NO harassment or stalking and for you to suggest so is ridiculous. She has NOT been in contact with her father at all until recently and that is why I sent you an unanswered email. I hired you in good faith and my review simply states the truth, no results. Seems like serious overreaction on your part. read more

I highly recommend hiring Seattle Private Investigator because they have extensive prior law enforcement training, and experience, which clearly separates them from others. They also had the brightest personalities and went above and beyond in solving our sensitive case, which involved a disabled vulnerable adult. Michael was honest and forthright with the case's low solvability factors and subsequently made extraordinary creative efforts to obtain the truth for our family. Without this, the case would not have been solved period. The evidence Michael and his team obtained led to charges being filed against a health care worker and our relative is now safe. read more

As an HR director for a medium size municipality, I was very pleased with the complete and thorough personnel investigation and work place consulting Intravaia did involving an allegation of discrimination and retaliation. Their Executive Summary was factual as well as objective. It provided us with the whole picture, which we needed to make the best decision possible on behalf of the involved parties, our employees and citizens. read more

Integrity and honesty are how I would describe Michael and his work ethic. He was referred to us by a government agency. He conducted an external review of our employment/personnel case. Michael explained that our company case needed to be discussed with our company attorney before pursuing an investigation, that way our money was spent on exactly what was needed for our civil case. His law enforcement background, coupled with his knowledge of criminals, fraudsters, employment law, and his civil, criminal defense background helped us present a solid case. As Michael originally stated, the defendant's legal team was overconfident and did not exercise good judgment. This was obvious in court. Ultimately, we won our case and there is no doubt this was because I called Michael. I have referred him to other companies in the Pacific Northwest. He now does all our background investigations on new hires. Highly recommend using him. read more

I highly recommend using Michael at Intravais. He does amazing work! Within two days he was able to locate a missing relative. Michael was just the person I needed to talk to. Our house had been vandalized multiple times. First off, he connected with me very quickly and early in the morning. Then he proceeded to give me excellent advice about how to ID and catch the criminals including hiring an off duty officer and running a story in the news. He was crucial in getting our story on TV in a main channel. It was a relief to talk to someone who had great, productive advice and who could help me take effective action. I highly recommend giving him a call. read more
