Andddddd, unlike Lane Bryant, don't try charging you $60+ for that pair of pants. Their prices are WAY more reasonable than Lane Bryant, though the clothes do tend to lean towards a younger crowd. I ended up at this location because the Amherst store didn't have a lot of options in tall jeans. The associate called Niagara Falls and they put several pairs of jeans on hold for me. I drove over there right away (they close at 8pm on weeknights -- it's about a 15 minute drive or so) I have to say, I had a *completely* different customer service experience at this store, versus the Amherst store. There were two associates working, one of which was busy trying on different clothes in the dressing room while working. Hmmm. The other one (I shopped around 7pm on 1/31/17: female, 20's, black hair, multiple facial piercings, heavy set) never mustered a smile or even attempted anything bordering "friendly" or "welcoming." She retrieved my on-hold merchandise and put in the dressing room for me. When I was ready to check out, she was all business, but, again, not anything near what I would call "friendly." She did the bare minimum, checked me out, and off I went. No smile. No farewell. This location is much bigger than the Amherst location. They had a WAY larger selection of clearance merchandise as well. It's modern, well-kept (but it's also a very new store so I'd be shocked if it wasn't.) My one complaint: the music was LOUD. I don't mind fun music in the store to get you in the mood to do some shopping... but this was so loud I couldn't hear the associate when she asked me what name my hold was kept under.

They also have a baby / kids area, that you'll have to access through the main Gap store itself, there is no independent entry. We didn't end up getting anything, but mostly due to limited suitcase space and we'd already gotten some other things elsewhere. There wasn't anything I had to have, so we skipped a purchase. It would be easy to find work clothes, or something casual for a day out, if you wanted! Overall: B A decent outlet store - check the far back for deeper clearance discounts.

Anecdotally, there are a lot of clearance items that are really strange, worth a look for super unusual who-would-wear-this items! You'll always find basic jeans, sweatshirts, joggers and t-shirts and reasonably priced seasonal wear. Plus, trendy overalls and the new "Covid sizing" roomier bottoms post pandemic. Careful about looking frumpy in some of these trends. And size down, seems to be a bit of vanity sizing going on. Our favorite associate at check-out is a Navy veteran with a big personality that makes the cue wait worth it, really helpful, nice guy. (Of course, weekdays have shorter lines!)

I have…read more Avenue is a cute little clothing boutique style shop for plus sizes, especially women, in Buffalo, which Barbie has been in with me one time and I've never been in it without her. She liked it although we didn't buy anything for her sister (the only plus size female we buy stuff for - the plus size girls I know prefer to pick up their own items - and that's a big plus) - and they were friendly enough. Seems like a good addition to this Plaza which is full of clothing shops.

The ladies who worked there were by far the best help I've ever received in all my years shopping, especially Alex. She made sure my sister and I had the right fit and sizes and suggested a pair of jeans for me that I would have never come across otherwise. They fit perfect and were exactly what I was looking for. Everyone there made us feel very comfortable and I will definitely go back when I need more clothes!

The usual pricing markup seems a bit unrealistic though, especially considering these fast fashion staples are often "on sale" for 40% or more off. That said, the regular markdowns and sales events make it affordable to pick up pieces for the season as needed. Sizing has been somewhat variable too, inconsistent between even the T-shirts, some fitting perfectly others not so much. Overall the associates and sale prices make J. Crew Factory a go to place for our family.

This particular store has some pretty cool designer stuff and while it is expensive it can be good for tall women, for sexy lingerie, or if you shop plus size, or all kinds of stuff. Bae's view: LB has nice clothes for women. Not every clothing store has business type clothes over a certain size. This store also has nice lingerie. My friend really likes their tops. I think this location has a much better selection than the Walden Galleria. This is probably my…read morego-to place for the lower half of my body - pants, skirts, shoes. The store isn't perfect, but there aren't a ton of great options for plus clothes. The offerings can be hit or miss, but when they are a hit, they are a big hit for me. I was searching high and low for real dress pants. This is only of the only places I can find pants that have any actual weight to them. Most dress pants I try in other stores are super thin and you can see the outline of the pockets right through the leg. They also have a lot of horrible pants with have no buttons or zippers - just elastic waist weirdness that I could never wear to work. I have just discovered they have a great shoe selection. I have wide feet and I like classic pumps and boots and they have both. None of their boots are real leather, which I think is great. I do have an hour glass figure and I have found nice things here, but I have the opposite experience of Lindsay. I think the tops tend to be too shapeless and too roomy in the midsection. I've gotten a couple suit jackets here, but I can't count on finding one any time I walk in the store. If I find a great jacket, it could be a year or two before they have another one I want to buy. One of the biggest cons for LB is that they seem to carry a very limited number of each size and when it's gone, it's gone, and the staff will just tell you to look for it online. This stuff is more expensive than your average store and for a lot of what they have, it's not worth it. However, they do have some nice pieces that are worth the expense.
