Even if they had agreed to address it, I would never go there again because of the cruel and inhuman way the staff spoke to me, when I was smiling politely and had quietly waited for them to finish with other customers before trying to speak to them. I sent the same cards to an online buylist service, where they scanned and evaluated them through their system and came back with an offer five times higher than what the shop quoted. At that point the difference stops being about business margins and simply bordering on robbery.
