During the consult on a Friday, filled out paper for the order and was promised. quote on the following Monday. No quote arrived. Contacted then by phone on Monday and quote was promised for Tuesday. No quote arrived. Contaced by phone on Tuesday and quote was promised for Wednesday. No quote arrived on Wednesday or Thursday. On Friday, I went to another local supplier where I got my quote instantly and placed the order. IMO, FastSigns should rename itself to NoSigns. I would give them zero stars, if I could.
