I had a very uncomfortable experience here. I specifically requested that the massage be focused on my neck and lower back, but the male masseuse repeatedly ignored my requests to avoid certain areas. Despite me clearly asking him multiple times to stop massaging those areas, he continued. I felt that my boundaries were not respected, and the experience made me very uncomfortable. It was mentioned in a previous Google review that the reviewer believed a male masseuse at this establishment might not be licensed. I do not know who that review refers to, but I want to encourage everybody to ask for proof that your masseuse is licensed if it is not clearly and publicly displayed for whoever is giving you a massage. This was not the relaxing or professional experience I expected, and I will not return. read more

I took my husband to get a couples massage...Our first time. My massage hurt a bit especially when she would use her elbows. I was sore a couple of days after. My husband said his felt good. While getting my massage the lady had to stop in the middle of my massage multiple times to answer the phone. There was no extra time added to my massage for the 4 times that she had to stop to answer the phone. They also would start long conversations with each other while massaging us which was very annoying. I would have loved it if it was completely quiet in the room so that we could relax and enjoy the experience! At the end even before the $200 ticket printed she told me that I HAD TO GIVE HER A TIP even tho I felt it wasn't deserved!!! read more

We came as a group of 3. When we arrived they said they couldn't massage our third friend. He had to sit in the car until we were done. This is unacceptable. Do not confirm 3 ppl and then say you cannot massage them when we arrive. The foot massage was good though. read more

This place can easily be a 5 star. I never had a bad massage. They are all very nice. The ambiance is one of the biggest problems for me. It's bright in the main room even when they close the drape.....(you have to ask them to close it )and why is there a big screen TV in there? I had to ask one of the employees to please shut it off. EVERY establishment I have been to has either salt lamps on each side table or diffused lighting. Sometimes they have a small waterfall in the room for a calm atmosphere. Absolutely no bright lighting. They usually escort you to the chair with their cell light. There's also no signs that say " quiet please. Turn cells phone volumes off". Also,one woman seems to be the only one that works the register so if she's massaging you, she has to get up and leave each time which is annoying. I'm hoping this is helpful.
