When I showed him what I needed repaired (two SNS nails), he immediately said we can't match that color (he was still sitting). I'm thinking to myself: How do you know you don't have the color you haven't even look? Maybe he was intimidated by the fact that I wanted SNS, and I wanted two different colors. One nail I needed repaired was yellow and the other was green. He never offered to match or allowed me to pick a color. The subdued unprofessional attitude caused me to say... "Never mind", and I walked out! My next stop was to go to Premier Nails. This service was no better. Please go to Yelp and find Premier Nails in Milledgeville for my review there. I presently live in a major city and am used to people treating customers with more respect when spending their money at a business. I say to the patrons in a Milledgeville, if you patronize this business, it makes them believes that the customer service they provide is good, and it is not. Boycott this business and SHUT THEM DOWN. I am sure that I am not the only one who has experienced such unprofessionalism. At this point, I had waited for about 25 minutes, and finally a female tech approached and asked to see my nails and wanted to know who did them. I told her I didn't live in the area, and I got them done in Atlanta. She spoke some jibber jabber in her language and walked off. At this point, I didn't know if someone was goining to assist me or not. So I asked...."Is something going to repair the nails or not. Nobody ever said anything or came back to the counter to assist. Therefore, I just said, "That's OK", and I walked out. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
