I have filed a complaint with OMVIC and submitted all documents. Depending on the outcome, I may also pursue Small Claims Court. I drove it less then 1600 km to have numerous issues arise within the first 2 months. When I contacted John the issues which included leaking transmission lines, a leaking fuel pump and a messed up wiring harness that got wrapped around a steering column totalling $4500 in repairs so far with the wiring being quoted at another $3000 I was told to pound sand because the certification is done out of house by the ministry so they have no obligation to cover any of these issues that should be covered in a certified vehilce.
