And professional and professional profession altogether, it's amazing. And they do care about you. Unfortunately, I'm paranoid schizophrenic. So I didn't realize it until it was too late. He truly cares and is takes his time with his patients. I now travel 4 hours from north Florida just to see him quarterly. But people have to understand that he is by appointment and no emergencies. I have been going to Dr. Jeff Carameros since 2018, and from the beginning I came in with my health history, in hard copy form. Since then my world has been better place, even after having Covid 3x's, with a bad case of myocarditis observed by him and confirmed by Citrus Diagnostics. They have 1 doctor who was unable to refer me to a specialist when I came in for my appointment. They have 1 person who supposedly handles the referrals, and she referred me to 1 place that doesn't even write prescriptions. Rainbow River Medical refused to provide a legitimate referral unless I booked another appointment (the referral was the reason I came in and paid for the first appointment). After Rainbow River Medical got my money, it seemed like my healthcare didn't really matter. Would not recommend. read more

Worst place ever my son was in a motorcycle accident needed wound care they denied him and I took care of all his wound care. I called and I was asked at that time I need to make an appointment they already denied him care, and I was already taken care of it, but he hurt his ankle and was told in the hospital it was a sprain, now there's bigger problems. Then they tell me he hasn't been there in 2 yrs he was discharged from them but they are his assigned dr. Now why would you go to the Dr if you aren't sick or hurt? These people are merely out for money. They do not care about their patients at all. I would not trust them with anything human animal anything they are the worst office I have ever been in now I have to fight with insurance and probably wait a month before I can get a different doctor assigned to my son. I know of other patients of Rainbow River medical and trust me they'll be finding other doctors now too don't trust these people because they don't care about you, and all they want is your money. This place has the rudest employees. I called to get a refill on my medical card and was told they dont do this anymore. Ok that's fine. So I need to go somewhere else with my records and was told they do not have them with no explanation as to why! The woman I talked to was new which is not unusual for this office. When I asked to talk with someone else the girl got on the phone and was quite RUDE! She then proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes im sure hoping I would eventually hang up which I did. I did call back and left a message of how unprofessional they were. I also got tested a couple of times there for covid and the second time they charged 2 thousand dollars to my insurance company for test that I did not ask for!!! Beware of this establishment. Its also not the cleanest for being a Drs. Office. 0 stars for Rainbow Medical Center. I guess to post this I have to give a star read more
