As a new member I filled out forms dropped them off was told within a week I would get a call. after the week i called and had to lvm for Elizabeth the new member associate. She never returned 7 messages i left for her in a span of a month. When I last called i stated i wanted a manager to complain against her not being professional and returning any of my calls and the e-mails from her staff as well. That is when she came to the phone very upset saying why am i calling if she already told staff to tell me she is busy. She stated she manages their 5 offices and was backed up that i was not her only client she said she had 150 new mbrs before me and was rude about it and told me if i can't wait to find another office. mind you I already had waited a month it was about her work ethics and being professional. At no moment was she apologetic for her actions. I told office that Elizabeth was burnt out and rude and needed help as she couldn't mange her load alone . Keep away from this office if your a new member or be prepared to wait longer than a month for a call back. good luck read more

This is the office of incompetence. Omg. I have never seen any business stay in business and run so horribly. The Dr and the nurse practioners not included his huge staff are amongst the worst employees I have ever seen. They play the blame game and suddenly have what you need after they caused a huge scene when you call them they act like they never talked to you before. Omg do not go here. I seen the Dr one time. Two yrs ago. That's wasnt the issue. Lost tests brining me in twice for the same test reults. Acting like I have to tell them what they nedd to do is the real joke. I gave them 4 visits in a row to see if it was a coincidence. Nope. This timw when I finally walked out I had already seen two other patirnts actually screaming and leave. One was a friend of the Dr. And called him on his cell to complain. Do not go here. Do yourself a huge favor. You dont need the aggravation. read more

I've been trying to reach my primary care physician for 4 days. I was able to leave a message with the answering service but they didn't return my call. The office phone mailboxes are full and the morons in the office don't know how to answer the phones. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from these dorks. read more

All I can say is if you want a doctor that follows through and calls you back and send your orders when they're supposed to be sent ...then don't go to Suncoast primary... The incompetency in this office is terrible.. it takes days to even get someone to answer the phone... I will be reporting them to my insurance company... read more

I am not one to complain and usually very easygoing. BUT, Suncoast Primary Care used to be good. Since they have moved their office, trying to contact anyone is almost impossible. All calls have a very long wait time and are transferred to an answering service who cannot answer any questions. The answering service has a lot of background noise from other workers and very hard to understand and hear what is being said. VERY disappointed in the service this provider has with their patients. read more

terrible office staff citrus springs office ac broke it was 90 degrees in office staff was nasty especially in front of a 4 year old this person in citrus springs office needs to be fired they way she talked in front of a child she shouldn't be in profession. people please go somewhere else . she embarrassed us etc this lady's attitude was uncalled for never was treated like this in 54 years. maybe should contact lawyer​ read more
