Bobby Hodge provides next day service for my vacuum. The rainbow was passed along to me from my mother who purchased it in 1994. I love it and never wanted anything else. However, I never took care of it right. I called him for a freyed cord and he walked me through painlessly how to get the most out of the machine. Never once did he try to sell me anything that I didn't need. He gave me options and then met my needs. He was quick, courteous, thorough and I would recommend him to anyone. He even made sure that the next time I vacuum would remind me how much I enjoyed it. It did in fact work. I dumped the water 6 times at least and used the fresh sent liquid in the water. My house feels and smells better than it ever has. I was vacuuming for 1 1/2 years in my new house and never actually cleaning as well as I did today after he serviced my Rainbow. He knows that I will use it til it eventually chokes but he never forced a purchase or trade in. We need more people like Bobby who strive to serve people and not swindle them. I grew up with the Rainbow Vacuum Cleaning System. Several family members still use their original models from the 1980s and 1990s. Even though my mom's Rainbow is still working after 30+ years, after I purchased my 2020 SRX, my mom was so impressed with the new features she decided it was time to upgrade and bought one as well. However, our models were part of a recall and needed a part. I called Mr. Bobby Hodge, and after a few minutes on the phone, he made connections with my family members and neighbors to whom he sold and serviced Rainbows 20-30 years ago. We recently purchased our second Rainbow vacuum from Mr. Bobby and had no doubt we would be pleased with it. Prior to purchasing our first one about 11 years ago, I went through just about every other vacuum known to man. With 3 kids and a two pets at that time, none of the vacuums could handle the amount of dirt and pet hair daily. I am a clean freak to say the least, so this was very frustrating to me. When I witnessed the Rainbow vacuum for the first time, it was love at first site. We had an older Rainbow that was purchased from Bobby around 2004! He did our regular maintenance on the machine. It was still doing a good job for us but after seeing the demonstration on the new SRX Rainbow ...WOW it is awesome! It is easier to connect the hoses, the most used accessory tools are kept in a caddy on the wand for easy reach.. It has so many new features. The water basin is more accessible and it is overall so much easier to use . We have a lab that sheds really bad and the best part of all is the carpet power tool works great to vacuum the dog bed and takes all the hair off of the bed with that great suction! I bought my rainbow about four years ago from a salesman from Slidell and have never heard from him again. I love the Rainbow and definitely recommend it to anyone with breathing concerns or just want to do a better job with vacuuming. I vend a booth at the Jackson County Fair and that is where I met Bobby Hodges. I would bring my vacuum to him and he would give me tips on how to clean & maintain it. and after the year or two (pandemic closed the Fair last year), Boby would still remember my name. I requested a reconditioning of my Rainbow and he personally returned it to my house two days later looking brand new. He lives about 45 minutes away so this impressed me a bit. I love my rainbow vacuum, but learned recently it had a recall on it and got a phone call from a Mr. Bobby Hodge saying he was in my area and can fix it from the back of his car total of 10 min. He was very willing to work with my schedule to make sure my vacuum can be fixed on my time. While he was fixing one small minor piece, he also showed me some things about cleaning and taking further care of my vacuum that I did not learn with all 12 of my demos. He was very helpful and thorough. He also put a sticker on my vacuum if I have further questions or need help with my machine to please give him a call. Bobby went above and beyond with my Rainbow vacuum. Did a quick Google search for local Rainbow vacuum service and found him. So happy I did because when we went to drop it off for service he took it apart in front of me and showed me step by step on how to check for any issues and how to properly clean it. When he was done he delivered it to my home and showed me every part that had to be changed. He cleaned it so good made it brand new looking again. Bobby Hodge was a true professional throughout our E2 Black purchase. Our previous Rainbow was gifted to our daughter. We'd tried several vaccums since then, Dyson twice and some other knockoff that were terrible and high maintenance. Not sure why it took so long to come back to a Rainbow but we are so glad we did. I bought my 1st rainbow in 2006 and decided that I wanted to upgrade so I called Mr. Bobby on Saturday morning and he answered the questions that I had and offered to bring me one around 2:00 or 3:00pm. He arrived at 2:45pm and explained the functions of my newer model rainbow and he also checked over my old one that I gave to my Daughter. If you need your Rainbow vacuum cleaner serviced or repaired Bobby is the best choice! Our Rainbow had an issue and wouldn't run. I took it to Bobby and he quickly diagnosed what was wrong. He also showed me several easy tasks that I could perform to help keep the Rainbow performing well. He also showed me an improvement I could make to the power head to make the operation easier. Wow, Mr. Bobbie is an incredible man. We ready messed up our rainbow system and we found his number on Monday morning. I had my Rainbow back Tuesday afternoon and it works as we as (maybe even better than!) It did when I brought it out of the box. It's beautifully clean - every nook and cranny. Having 3 dogs in our house, my rainbow vacuum is the only vacuum that can handle the job. The computer board in my 2006 rainbow had recently burned up.
