When I called, they said they had to order it, but couldn't tell me when it would be in "except probably a couple of days." The woman on the phone was rude and/or unresponsive when I pressed for a real time of delivery (which is expected in this day & age), and when I expressed my anger over them not being here the next day like they said. Friday rolls around and we are still without a washing machine with no word from this company, so I call. She says she has to look into it, but then tells me my part is there but they are so busy they can't schedule us until Monday. NOPE. I don't know about y'all, but we make a lot of dirty clothes. I can't wait for these guys to not show up next week. I called two other companies, both of which called me right back and both had the part and could come today. He listened to the needs and what I had used my previous Rainbow vacuum for before suggesting a product to me. I received a better explanation of how to maintain the vacuum than I had previously along with some tips on how to get the best use from my machine.
