This is a small drug store. They didn't have what I needed, but I didn't expect them to have it. But I figured it couldn't hurt to check. The staff was friendly and attentive. This is a drugstore located in downtown Ketchikan. Not a pharmacy, but you can buy OTC medications here, as well as grocery items and personal care goods. I think this store is more geared towards tourists, particularly those on cruises, instead of local residents. Most of the items are from the Lower 48, but I did notice some Alaskan products, like tea from a Ketchikan tea shop here. The selection of products feels curated and tailored to their clientele. Great for a quick stop. You can find specific brand of medications here that you may not find elsewhere. Prices were reasonable.

Largest drug and sundries item store near the port of Ketchikan. Quick remedy items like pink eye relief drops for your eyes to suntan lotions and even some boxed quick service food. Just a little bit of everything. They have good signage from the sidewalk so it it easy to fine from the port with a little guidance from online maps. read more

Bobbi was absolutely an angel. My mother was on a cruise and needed a portable oxygen canister. She had a stop in Ketchikan so I called RainCity from Los Angeles to see if they carried it. Bobbi answered and I told her what I was looking for. She said they didn't carry it, but then got on her computer, checked with a local store, found out the name of the ship, where it was docked and when it departed. She offered to drive to that store, buy it and deliver it to the dock. She waited there 20 minutes for mom to get back from he excursion to hand deliver it to her. My mom was beyond thankful, as this oxygen will now give her peace of mind and comfort. The customer service demonstrated was angelic. My mom and our family couldn't be happier to have found Bobbi and RainCity. If you're there, and see Bobbi, please give her a hug from me. I hope to be able to thank her in person some day. Super friendly service, the pharmacy was extremely clean and had travel essentials for a reasonable price. Definitely will recommend it to anyone who is traveling and close to the pier as it is in a very close proximity to the pier and has a pretty nice selection. read more

Reminds me of a drugstore "museum" in that many of the items come prepackaged with old fashioned style drawings. It was not a waste of time looking around in here as they seem to have something for everyone here. read more

This is SO much more than a drugstore. It's lovely merchandise carefully selected, beautiful fragrances, soaps and lotions, quality handmade jewellery that is artful and so very pretty. Owner is super friendly. I spent an hour in here and walked out with some wonderful treasures - be sure to put this on your list of places to stop in Ketchikan! read more
