The metal fixture and the shade feel and look cheap and flimsy in person. The color of the shade is described as a deep tan but it is actually grey with green undertones. However, what annoys me the most is that they charged me $29 for shipping and now to return the light I have to purchase a return label from them. I will not be a returning customer. I will stick with buying from West Elm/PB/Article/Target. (Photo attached. Kitchen remodel in-progress - don't mind the mess!)
