My Dr left first week of February. I'm begging and pleading for my medication, my Dr said he sent 3 month's to my pharmacy, nothing not 1 prescription was sent!!! I'm begging for refills, a nurse calls with a very short, curt attitude informing me they were sent, call your pharmacy, the pharmacy doesn't have any if them!!!! I'm begging, pleading to see a Dr to no avail!!! This has become an absolute nightmare and I'm afraid for my life!!! I'm dealing with major medical issue's that continue to put me in the hospital!!! I desperately need lab work done, I'm severely anemic, with sepsis UTI, they don't care, I'm told NO, GO TO THE ER, THE ER SAYS SEE YOUR PRIMARY!!!! IT'S INSANE!!!!

Dr. Tran is my primary care physician in Shoreline. He took over the practice from my doctor of 23…read moreyears, and I wasn't sure how it would go. I can say now that Dr. Tran is fabulous! I saw him in his office for some issues, and he was compassionate, listened attentively, and took care of my issues. But he really proved what a good doctor he is when on Saturday night, I got horribly sick and thought I had an intolerance to something. I called his cell phone, and he was obviously at home, but he called me back within seconds. I told him what was going on, and he let me know I had food poisoning. He immediately called the pharmacy and got me meds, so my husband was able to pick them up, and I got relief from being from the torturous symptoms of food poisoning within an hour. I don't know many doctors today, who would do that for you. And he was really compassionate about how bad I felt too. I am really happy that he is my doctor, and I feel confident that I have another wonderful doctor and don't have to worry in the future.
