For 6-7 years I've been dealing constant ankle pain from a slip and fall that wasn't properly treated. Grinning and bearing it when you have an active family and lifestyle just doesn't cut it and my quality of life or lack thereof was causing depression and beginning to spill over into all aspects of my life. Finally I was referred to Dr Rodricks at Rainier Foot and Ankle. Right away he could tell something was wrong. He listened to my story from the beginning and asked questions no one else had. He confirmed what I always knew, my ankle was significantly damaged. The MRI showed not one but two tendons each with two significant tears in them. I'm 8 weeks post op now and on the mend! I finally am looking forward to regaining my active lifestyle and while the recovery is slow and requires lots of patience, I feel confident that if I follow Dr Rodericks instructions I will be back to loving the life I'm living. read more

Highly recommend!! I just had surgery yesterday and am doing amazing. Even with the surgery I'm in much less pain than before! Used to be a solid 6-7 on the pain scale now down to a 2-3. Office is nice and everybody was so kind and making sure you understood what's being done and why. Highly recommend! read more

They wait for the day before surgery to tell you need a note from your doctor to give permission to do the procedure when they where told the concern the first day in. But said no problem, than at the worsts day tell you we have to reschedule this. No we don't .That right there is very unprofessional way to show how much you don't have your crap together and want to operate on me O hell no. Will report to the board since you charge me on top of all this. Bad people! read more

I have seen Dr Christopher Bock on a couple of occasions for a recurring ingrown toenail in the past. It's been years since the visits and I've gained two things. Dr Bock's empathetic and knowledgeable nature helped me when I needed it the most, his care and attention to detail is the very reason why I refer him constantly to friends and family and I will never visit a different podiatrist. Plus, the very reason why I went, he helped me manage my issue and when it came back again, he helped me resolve it completely. No more ingrown nails, no more pain! Had an appointment scheduled at Rainier Foot and Ankle but when I arrived they were closed. They did not notify me that they had to close that day so I wasted an hour on the road for nothing. Unbelievably unprofessional. Will never go back for obvious reasons. read more

He explained that they were ok and shaved a little off using a razor. When I got home to check hardly anything was taken off and there were spots not touched. My father had done a better job on my feet. We helped each other, but since his passing I need to find it elsewhere. The doctor was nice but felt he could have done a bit better.

I had visited the Bonney Lake office of this business and the Dr. treating me did not use any…read moreiodine or other antiseptic. I got a strep infection in that toe and now I am facing my toe being amputated. Something so simple to do caused this just for his ignorance. I'm not the only one he hasn't used an antiseptic on either. During my visit he even complained about having to work on people toenails after going to podiatry school. DO NOT visit this clinic. Maybe another Dr. in the practice would be a better choice. By the way the Dr. is Nethercott.

I should've known when I researched her and found no reviews on her, and then since my primary Dr had referred her, I took the risk and called, which she took the care, she scheduled the appointment, she emailed me the intake forms (on her website), then the day of the appt, she met me at the intake counter, she asked for my ID and insurance, she ran Ky debit card through her cell, and this is all before the unproductive, confusing, rude and just bad experience of her exam, I wasted a 40$ co-pay, just to walk out with 3 foot exercises and a totally "did all that just happen" feeling, don't I beg of you, don't contribute to her as a practitioner or waste your time & money
