Left branches strewn throughout my yard as well that I had to clean up. They left the neighbors yard spotless however. Fooled me once, shame on them. Fool me twice, shame on me. It was only a matter of time before it stopped working and we knew it so, we wanted to get it done before disaster struck! The first company came last week. (name begins with a C) They told us we needed to replace the pump and all the lines going out from the house to the pump. The price was $4k! We were in shock as we never anticipated it would cost that much! They wanted to do it there and then, but we wanted to get a second opinion, so we called Epping Well & Pump. They came out today and, they were fantastic in every way! Both guys (wish I had got their names), were great! They spent ample time diagnosing the problem and were extremely knowledgeable about what was going on. We were impressed as they explained everything to us in a way we were able to understand. They were polite, friendly, honest. We were told what to expect and what to do and not to do in the following 24 hours. In the end, we got the new pump installed and a new check valve. They did NOT need to install new lines! Total cost: $2350, a WHOPPING $1650 less that the first guy quoted us! What a relief to have the new pump installed and running perfectly!
