Maintenance staff are wonderful and treat even routine repairs as rapid response. Complex is quite new so minimal issues. Lots of Californians rent it so many apts rented but nobody there. Not crowded.

I was looking for a place to move near the strip to lessen my commute time to work. I needed a…read moreplace that was more upscale (I previously lived right across from Tivoli village which was one of the best apartments I've lived in), since I did not want to live in a high rise such as the Veer or the Martin etc. This place checks all the points. Clean, fairly new, and tons of amenities and a 24 hour gym that is well maintained. The units are spacious, and I actually thought I was the first one to live in it because it was so clean once I moved in. The management team seems to take pride in their property, and it shows. Brandon and Geri were both amazing. Anything I needed (prior to moving in such as helping me get measurements for one of the bedroom, and after I moved in when I needed minor services for my unit). Maintenance guys are amazing as well (I remember one of their names-Jayson) and takes care of your problems within a day or two from the request date and they come in looking happy to help. I'll be honest. There were some issues when I first moved in (washing machine, door lock not being fully functional, dish washer not working), but they took care of everything for me quickly and efficiently. Communication is key in living in a shared property with management, and they have been super responsive. As of now it's been a week since I moved in. I've settled in and it's been amazing. I barely hear my neighbors, which is another aspect that I was worried about being so close to the strip (people with certain jobs that needs to be near the strip). Only complaint right now would be that the elevators are a bit slow, and that the Tiffany dry cleaning lockers are full oh and that the EV charging ports are in the process of being upgraded so I can't charge my car.

The 24/7 security, valet, and concierge service make daily life seamless and safe. Knowing that there's always someone available creates a sense of comfort and exclusivity you don't find everywhere. The valet staff are quick, professional, and genuinely friendly, while the concierge goes above and beyond to help with anything from packages to reservations. The in-house cleaners make it easy to maintain a polished lifestyle, and the entire building has a sleek, modern aesthetic that stands out even in the middle of CityCenter. The amenities, attention to detail, and overall service truly make this an exclusive high-rise community where you feel taken care of every single day. For anyone looking for the real definition of luxury living in Las Vegas, Veer Towers delivers on every level.

I rolled up being 1st time here on a Friday late afternoon. I see there's like 5 valet guys just standing around in a group not doing jack. There's nobody behind me, guy that greeted me is telling me I'm blocking the entrance and if I want to valet I need to pull over to a specific spot. So immediately he's already giving me crap. Once he directed me where to "park" He's grilling me the exact name and unit # of the resident. Honestly I don't know my friend that well and forgot the exact unit other than the floor #. The signals are crap underground and he's asking me to call. Frustrated I told him screw it I'll park elsewhere. All I had to do is turn around the corner for Crystal shops valet. Much nicer and friendly staff there. I stay away from parking at Veer if you can.

There is a woman working the front desk claiming her name is Brigitte or Bridgette I believe, I'm…read morenot sure since she answered with a different name at first. She is clearly spiteful, takes no accountability and made me wait over an hour on moving day on purpose 5 days AFTER scheduling my move, blamed it on "someone else who was there" and not allowing me to pay the moving deposit day-of. She claimed it's first come first serve but contradicted herself by saying but that also they need 5 days notice in advance, which I actually did provide. To make matters worse, she called IVY, the director of the HOA, in front of me, she did not admit fault, tried to say I was a "last minute move", and when I tried to speak she cut me off as if she didn't want Ivy to hear her mistake. Disrespectful and sketchy. At the expense of my already stressful move. That woman should not work there with the attitude she has. Lied to me the entire time and even suggested the person before me should have an "extension" even though the times for move ins are stated clearly, and it was almost an hour past their scheduled time. Why would she seven suggest that? She tried to gaslight me and I am in fact going to contact Ivy or would like her to contact me so I can actually formally complain because it seems this employee skates by doing the bare minimum on a power trip. Does she not realize our money pays her bills!? EXTREMELY disappointed. she even used Aphrodite's name even though she is actually one of the good ones there & was promoted (deservingly). Even the patrol guys at night are wonderful & helpful. But as far as that "Brigitte" woman I had to deal with, beyond unacceptable. I held my tongue since I had to move and she was not making it easy at all, but I will definitely contact the HOA regarding this. A phone number response would be appreciated, since the emails never seem to reach Ivy or anyone with actual power to fix this. I'd like to add that the 520$ deposit fee is absurd since they say you need to wait 10 days (for what?) and they do not refund you the extra 20$ either. And this is the only option to pay to move in or out. It is outrageous. Thanks.

I see a lot of negative reviews of Juhl on Yelp, but most of them are from renters w/ private…read morelandlords. The units from the developer have been sold out and the HOA is ran rather well for being such a large building and has more than adequate reserves in the bank so it is a financially sound building. Since moving to a new pool vendor, there has not been any issues and it has been back open year round. The large 2-story brownstones (Unit 125 for sale) are arguably the best at Juhl. It's similar to owning a single-family home, but with the convenience and amenities of living in a high-rise condo. Two ways to enter. One being your own private door for direct street access bypassing shared hallways which is great for active humans, those with pets, hauling in groceries, or even allowing family&friends easy access with parking directly outside on 3rd street. Nice location in the heart of downtown. You can walk to the Arts District, Fremont Street Experience including the new Circa Casino (worlds largest sport-book), & so much more. Dozens of amenities offered in the HOA fee, including concierge, 24/7 security, large resort swimming pool open all year, spa, 2-level gym, Amazon lockers, etc. If you compare the HOA fee to other luxury high rises, I think Juhl is still cheaper than them all per sq ft. There are condos being built up the road at Symphony Park and those are going to be million dollar listings when complete, which in my opinion will really make downtown
