We have lived here for 2 years and love it . It's close to everything and lots of new things are also opening up. Honestly, everyone that works here is friendly and professional. The problem is with the people that live here, they never pick up their dog's poop and they also broke the gate to the garage all the time. Once both gates are working fine , someone goes and hits the gate and it's takes a while to fix it, this is always on repeat. You are not allowed to smoke in the apartment but still people do , that also makes the hallways smell of smokes as well. Overall, it's a great place to live with awesome amities. read more

I haven't lived here for long but I love love love the area. Everything is so close and the community is safe. I walk my dog at very early morning times and feel completely safe. The team here is also very sweet and accommodating. I always feel like I can ask them any questions regarding my apartment. If I could, I would give zero stars! I can't wait for my lease to end so I can finally move out of here! I've been living in this building for three years. The first two years were great, but after that, things started going downhill--and it just kept getting worse. The hallways constantly smell disgusting, a mix of foul odors that are unbearable. The pool and barbecue areas are filled with the overwhelming stench of weed, making it impossible to enjoy these spaces. Even my own balcony is useless because every time I step outside, I'm hit with the awful smell of weed. I can't even leave my balcony door open for five minutes without my entire unit smelling terrible! Dog poop in the hallways and right outside the entrance is another major issue. To make things worse, there are no security cameras in the hallways, so there's zero supervision. People smoke inside, triggering fire alarms all the time, and management does nothing about it. The constant false alarms are beyond frustrating and make living here unbearable. And here's something interesting about the rental insurance. From the day I moved in, I've always renewed my insurance on time. Yet for the past few months, they've been charging me $35 per month for their insurance! Every time I ask about it, they give me the same excuse--"Call your insurance company and have them adjust it this way or that way." I've done everything they asked, and nothing changes. Enough with this corporate nonsense! Also,The maintenance team is completely unreliable, and the supervisor doesn't seem to care at all. I even submitted an online work order, and they didn't even bother to respond! If you're considering moving here--think twice! read more

I've been living in this apartment for almost 2 years, and I have a dog deposit and a monthly dog ​​rent. But the dog pooped in the hallway, and I picked it up right away. They took a picture of it and sent it, and they told me to pay a $75 fine. This is my first time seeing an apartment like this. People with dogs should not move in. It's nice to live at a place with all the amenities and comfort of a high-rise condominium; but Abode add red rock goes the extra mile by having a nice and competent staff. Iliana, The property manager,Arcy, Assistant manager,Yohana & Cervando In the leasing department are not only competent, but gracious and nice. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with the maintenance staff, Paul and Quincy on a couple of occasions and they've been truly concerned with my concerns. And get the job done. After my previous review I was called to have a meeting with management and address my issues with the complex. My expectations were low and to go in and get the same old superficial managerial answers. Come to find out I was completely wrong. Management addressed my issues with professionalism and empathy. Iliana in the main office was very helpful as I know have access the garage again and have addressed the issues with safety. If you don't already have the 24/7 security number I recommend asking the office for it as it's not often but never hurts to speak up if you see something. read more

We love it here!!!! We have never seen apartments like this in Las Vegas- the apartments are so open and modern, there's a huge parking garage, resort style pool... etc. This is me and my husband's first place together and we are so glad we chose to be here. On top of that, staff is amazing and make us feel extremely welcome and at home. The office checks in with us to make sure we are happy, and our maintenance is on top of anything. read more

I just moved here last week & I already had issues with the dishwasher not draining & water spilling out onto the floor. I submitted a maintenance request to get it fixed this morning & it got fixed today! Jesse helped us and told me what was wrong with it. He even ran a cycle just to make sure it was 100% good. - Zero Stars if possible. This place is trash, literally infested and smells like trash in the hallways. They charge $40 a month for valet trash, and it's gross having to walk by people's rancid garbage everyday. They have ZERO security, the gate is always broken and random people get in. Break ins happen, car thefts as well. Packages stolen & NO CAMERAS anywhere. Not even in important areas where they should be. The pool is filthy! Not regulated at all, people by the courtyard have to hear pool goers at any time whether it be passed 10pm or 4 in the morning! Intoxicated ones at that and it's just annoying that there's no security to enforce nothing!? Worst apartments in the southwest area! If we could break our lease, we would! -0 would not recommend. Better off at Elysians Quality has severely gone down in the last year. These people don't care, property management sucks and are barely competent at their job. You're better off paying the high rent somewhere actually worth it! DONT MOVE HERE. Trust the negative reviews!!! Run. read more

For an apartment that charges what it does for its amenities, they do not do a great job keeping them up. Trash was always piled up, dog poop everywhere. Pool was dirty a lot. Not to mention the whole time I was there the construction site out front never changed. Traffic out front is awful too. Would never go back. read more

The entrance gate doesn't work, as in the key pad. The security keypad to gain entry from the parking garage doesn't work. The hall carpets are stained, with old outdated carpet and smells of urine. Homeless man arrested the other night for wandering throughout the grounds. read more

The worst apt complex I've see since living in Vegas, going anywhere else besides here is your best bet.

Do not move here. I have lived here for a little over 6 months and while i love the inside of my apartment everything else about this complex is horrible. I recently had my package stolen and nothing could be done because there are no cameras in the hallways. Then last night someone tried to break into my apartment (while i was home) and without the cameras the cops said there was nothing that could be done. When i called the apartments to tell them what happened the property managers response was "well other apartments don't have cameras either". What a great response to a single female living on their own that has just been traumatized by someone trying to break in. And by the way, my friend lives in Elysian and there are cameras in every hall. Her next response was that they take appropriate measures to keep us safe by offering a "secure gate with a key pad", which was another lie. The garage door is always broken so anyone can come in without the code. Once you get in the garage there are no door codes so even if the garage is working someone can just follow a car inside. And when I tried to call security after the break in they were no where to be found!! I just signed another year lease so i am stuck here but i promise i will not be renewing. And if i can afford to break my lease I will be. I just had to spend $500 on a security system last night and spent the night in a hotel since they won't do anything to protect me. I am actually terrified to go home tonight. There is an article on channel 13 news about how much crime goes on in these apartments. I highly recommend you take it seriously because I did not and i am regretting it. On top of all of that, every few weeks the fire alarms go off for hours. And then the apartments try to use the excuse that the fire department has to make sure it's safe to go inside when that is a complete lie. I have talked to the fire department during these situations and every time they say its because of the ridiculous alarm system on the building and that they secured the building hours ago. The last time it happened the alarm was going off from 1am to 5am!! I ended up going inside and trying to sleep with noise cancelling air pods (my poor dog had to suffer though). Also a little side note, none of the pools have a jacuzzi. And they never clean the little small pool. And the hallways smell like cat pee. Jessica & the other guy in the office are great.
