I am on 16 different prescribed medications and 6 over the counter supplements and have not been to see her in almost a year because of Medicare and money issues and she went over everyone of them one at a time, I am just so surprised that someone who sees patients all day everyday can still be so nice and treat me like I am her only patient.

Before my appointment, I completed all of the required forms through the patient portal. At no point did anyone from the office contact me to explain what I needed to bring or verify that everything was in order. Since most insurance companies no longer issue physical insurance cards, I had already uploaded my insurance information and ID through the portal. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told there was an issue with my insurance and that I couldn't be seen. The staff was not helpful in explaining the problem or offering a solution. I called my insurance company while I was in the office, and they confirmed that, based on my plan, I should have been able to see any provider. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the office created unnecessary obstacles that ultimately prevented me from being seen. I wasted 30 minutes of my day and left without receiving any care. My experience with the front office and customer service was extremely disappointing. Before scheduling an appointment here, I would recommend making sure every insurance detail has been verified in advance, because the office does not appear to do this proactively. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Then, when calling back for a refill for a medication that I've been on for over five years now, I got a weeks' worth of run around and B.S. before I sought out another doctor who happily wrote the prescription that day. He realized her blood pressure was below normal so he took her off blood pressure meds:)) It made just enough difference to gain her more clarity despite having Dementia and being 90 years old.
