Some excuse about a part blah blah blah. I know this machine is not ONLY machine in LJ. Should we take our business elsewhere? Well if it was up to Brenda??? Hmmm Here's a question...WHY would the staff irritate a Cardiology Patient. Seems to me Dr Baradi should be made aware of what's going on. I dont care if you've worked in the office for over 20yrs. YOU are not the Dr. And yes honey, YOUR paycheck is PAID by us. You work for me, the PATIENT.

They seem to have made a change in getting patients seen more on time. Dr. Amin is far above any other internal medicine doctor I have seen and will never change. He kept my mom alive until 105!!! HOWEVER, his front desk person is quite difficult. Never smiles, and is very brusque and unfriendly. But in their defense, I've seen this at other medical offices - I suppose front desk can be demanding. The front desk told me they are a "medical professional" when I asked to speak to a nurse about safe drug dosage....what did that mean???? I later found out they Didn't have a nurse. She would say she'd ask the doctor and call me back. Never did. I stopped taking the meds since it's so difficult to get through. I also looked for a new doctor. UPDATE: He has hired a nurse - she seems excellent, and the office seems to be running better on appointments times. Could be that the front desk people were overwhelmed, but I'm still uneasy about the 'medical professional' claim. Haven't decided whether to change - I probably will.

I loved going to Dr. Okosun for several months, but lately things are going downhill. My last appt…read moreI waited for over an hour before I was seen. When I finally was seen, they took me to an office, not even in a room. This appt was required, in order to get refills on my meds. While I was there, I asked for some referrals, he said ok but didn't do them. Now suddenly, with no notice, I can't contact him or make appts through the portal. I called 8 or 9 times at all different hours, over the past several days to change a dosage on a medication, but it goes right to hold, and you can't even leave a message. Finally I drove up there, still on hold, there were 3 women sitting and chatting at the front desk. They told me they can't take "live phone calls" and do their computer work at the same time. Which is absolutely insane to me, all jobs require some level of multitasking. They said there was a new portal, but that they couldn't tell people about it until they asked. I asked how they could ask if they can't leave a message or email, or call. They said come up here. One girl rolled her eyes at me and was very rude. She then said she sent me an email to set me up on the portal, but guess what? No email. Now I guess I get to drive up there again??!? What in the world is going on.

He always has spent the time necessary to address my questions and concerns. As a primary care/family physician he does an excellent job and I would highly recommend him.
