I asked "for a cleaning"? The same personnel that I asked the day before told me it was cleaning and x rays and evaluation I paid for it, cleaning was done, and I waited, and waited and waited, then nothing. The provider did not come after 20-30minutes. Then i received a text from my husband that he was ready to be picked up! I left ! I felt like it was total disregard for my time as I told the front desk I was only here for the cleaning time frame(as they assured me the day before) and had to pick my husband up!

The office staff were very responsive to every inquiry and remembered after my first visit what my time preferences are for future visits. I really like his nurse, she's a gem. My post op was painful due to the nature of the surgery but thanks to Dr. Martinez's expertise and careful treatment I healed quickly and didn't even need half the pain medication I had been given.
