Woman said "call back tomorrow when the manager is in." 11/2/25 - Call again- talk to the manager this time. He says "we can't take it back after 2 days. We can give you $15 off." Why is the solution to give $15 off but still pay you more money for a faulty product? It is also not our fault it was 2 days after purchase because we called yesterday when it was 1 day and you were not in- not on us. Stand by your product and don't make me pay more money for something that's going to fail after 1 day. It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for her to have taken 4500 hits of a vape bar in a day so assuming that without offering a replacement is a ludicrous claim. They don't die after 1 day.
