I get no returns but there should be exchanges for defective products. I took that for granted because the vape I bought (Caliburn A2S) was insanely overpriced. It's $40 at smokers choice but can be bought online for $19 and at my local NY vape shop for $28 but I was in a pinch and wanted a backup so swallowed hard and paid the $40 only to be stuck with a lemon that they wouldn't exchange. I'd chance the retail price before buying anything here. Their juices and pods are inline with other shops from what I can tell. Their devices? Not so much. I'm from NY where there are a lot of rules and regulations on vapes so I used to always stock up on juices here when I came up in the summer and fall. This place will never see another penny from me. read more

This is my "home" shop and I was reminded of the reason why today.. Company had a situation with an employee not being able to come open the shop last minute... (Life happens)... A young man by the name of Liam showed up to inform everybody currently waiting in parking lot and any future customers that the owner would be there in 20 minutes. Although young, Liam demonstrated excellent customer service by providing a friendly attitude and willingness to be of service in anyway possible. After purchasing some new juice and coils, Liam cleaned my mod, put in a new coil, and filled her up making it ready to rip. This may not sound like much, but I have limited mobility in my left hand due to a stroke so the assistance was greatly appreciated. Liam also helped me trouble shoot reasons why my mod wasn't working to the best of its ability.. He gave me some pointers as to what to avoid using with my mod and what products are most appropriate for top performance. Not once during my experience did I feel any type of vibe from Liam that was negative and I'm very much impressed by his customer service (or natural demeanor) at such a young age. I will continue to stick with Standard Vapor as well as their shop in Seabrook. God Bless. read more

This is by far my favorite vape shop; we drive past 2 dozen other shops, across the MA border to come here. Always a place you can sit down, take your time. The prices have recently come down too. Came in yesterday and learned about the Nicotine Salt vaporizers, picked up one of those. This is the kind of place you want to keep returning to, not just as an errand to restock on supplies but to hang out and discover what's new. read more

I'm pretty sure I was sold a fake MAG kit here. My battery compartment has been messed up since the day I bought it and on the back of my box it has a chunk of a warning missing from it. And If you check the smok website it says and I quote "If the packaging has spelling errors, is damaged, or seems incomplete in anyway, it is probably a fake". EDIT: Owner of the store contacted me and told me the Atty was sold on accident and had a new atty overnighted and offered me a bottle of juice for my trouble. Less than 2 days since my purchase and the problem is resolved. In an industry of final sales and no exchange, Standard Vapor made it right. **************** I went here on the recommendation of a friend. Bought my Beantown Soul Custardy which is awesome that they have it in stock because it's a go to for me. Also needed an RDA. Bought the Mutation X4. Now it was the last one and on display but I was assured it was never used. So I bought it. When I was building on it, I noticed it smelled like cream. I figured I was going crazy. Then I removed the chuff cap so I could use the 510 adapter. There I found a wet ring of juice near the threads. No, it wasn't machine oil. This was juice. I was deceived and I am unhappy. I won't use the chuff now because I am not sure who else's mouth has been on it. First impressions last a lifetime. They have a good selection of juice. But as far as equipment goes, avoid. read more

I just went here for my first visit ever. Pros; The service was A+. I didn't catch the guys name but he was really friendly and I hung around for 10 minutes after I was done just to chat with him. He really tried his best to send me out satisfied and he did. They had a very decent selection of flavors of liquids, though didn't offer many high strengths. The prices were competitive with online and other local competitors Cons; As soon as I walked in I almost felt uncomfortable. It is a really bland barren empty room with a bar table, a shelf, and a single random giant picture that almost sends the message that we're on the verge of going out of business or we secretly run an illicit operation out back. One of the weirdest businesses I ever went to and I primarily stick to run down mom and pop shops. They offer virtually no tanks and coils and few batteries. If you bought a relatively popular brand at another store or online it's unlikely you'll find it here. As I was topping off my vape, I noticed a ton of black and transparent like things floating around in my juice. I thought it was my tank at first but then I observed the bottle. Its loaded with them. I have no idea what is is and I've heen Vaping since 08 and making my own juice since about 2011. Never seen it. I don't believe that to be normal. Also my bottle has an expiration date of 7/2016. But I live life on the edge and I'm not too concerned. I'm still satisfied, I left happy, if I needed to, I'd come back here, I'm just trying to be objective in my review. If you want my 2 cents, this atmosphere really needs to be worked on and this business needs to update it's inventory if you want to truly compete with the other vape shops around the area. It reminds me of the mall kiosks I used to go to when I was desperate for juice back in the day. I'd rather go the 10 extra minutes to Seabrook. read more

I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come to this vapor shop because I heard great things about this place and I am very glad I did! This is the best vape shop around and I highly recommend it! It was a great experience. When I first walked in I felt very comfortable. They have a great setup with the products and a bar/chairs for people to come in, vape and chill. Phil was excellent, he helped me with my first real mod setup. He also hooked me up with an awesome juice (Molly Frost). He is very knowledgeable and will give you great recommendations. Everyone there including other customers were very friendly to me and I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely come up every other week to visit! read more

I shopped around at several places before going to Standard Vapor. This place was neat, clean with friendly service and fair prices. The clean, uncluttered look of the place was welcoming and I was served by the owner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. One of the things that really impressed me, was that I went in with no knowledge and a bit intimidated by trying something new. He showed me a starter unit and explained everything. I was impressed by his personal service. Other places I went I didn't feel comfortable hanging around , asking questions or buying. read more

I love this store and they're helpful, however I've never noticed a female worker at either store. I know they're having some employees come from Portsmouth to work in their Plaistow location. My availablety is wide open but no ones interested. Finding that odd. I've had a Smok vapor for over a year and have tried a ton of different e-liquids, I also used to have a Juul when I first started vaping. I live 20mins from each location but it's always seemed weird to me. read more
