I thought this was a simple request. "We have lots of shoes", I was told. I explained my situation and reiterated that I didn't want to come out if they didn't have what I needed. The sales lady seemed agitated with my question and my reasoning. "We have many shoes. You have to in and look for yourself" I could see that I would get the same short service in the store so I thanked her and hung up. I came in to Canton Embroidery (I called in a few days prior to ensure they'd be able to possibly do it) and quickly showed them where I wanted it all. After brief conversation, I found out they had done something similar recently and it helped me feel at ease. Not quite two days later the jersey was done and ready. I must say I was absolutely impressed and love how it turned out. The patches were located where they should be and it looks almost like it was bought that way. Needless to say, if I have more like this or anything else I'll definitely be a returning customer. Price was great and I wasn't upset or bothered by it at all.
