Through throughout the process from inspecting our old shoes, to measurement, to assessing gait both walking and on the treadmill (including recording the treadmill sessions to compare). I've never been more impressed in a running-focused store. We are committed to Gazelle sports and thank you Margaret! Occasionally I use brick and mortars to physically inspect goods and then bounce online for price comparisons and potential purchase. She was very helpful, professional and friendly in fitting a jacket that's a right size. Once we selected a jacket size, Kelly walked us thru in what we needed to do (ex. patches, name stitching, etc.) and very clear about next steps and costs involved.
