There was a Day Of The Dead set they had, and being 2 lighters they couldn't set it in the carousel. One of the women who works there (I forget her name as I suck at remembering names) told me that she was hoping I would be the one to buy it. She obviously couldn't deny selling it to someone else, but I was happy to pick it up. Also their stone carvings and statues are masterpiece's. But they are nothing compared to the staff. I hope they keep up running for years to come. I've even tried to volunteer there, but they have unfortunately turned me down. I'll definitely keep trying though. I highly recommend everyone visit this store. You won't be disappointed! If I was being forced to choose something to be bummed about it would be that their jewelry is silver. But that is strictly because I am allergic to silver. So it is no fault of their own. It's entirely on my personal biology.

Upon ordering and then paying on November 10, the ship date was changed to a few days prior to Christmas. I inquired as to why and no response. In inquired again, inquiry returned. Then I cancelled the order as they did not respond. They ignored this several times. I lost confidence this would arrive and ordered through another vendor. I then went through Faire to try and cancel. They were no help as they just contact the seller. Then 1Canoe2 they said they had already shipped it. How can you go from 2 weeks out to 5 weeks (after charged for merch) and then in a few hours--already shipped? This was all within a 24 hour period so I am not believing this to be true. I tried to call their number in Fulton and their mailbox is full. No one will answer the phone. Not professional. I did hear back finally and they said they had "thousands of orders" and all they could do was call their warehouse to ship to me quickly but it was too late to cancel. Makes no sense. If you had time to call your warehouse, you could have cancelled it. Now I will have to work with Faire to return it. I read another review that said "elitist" and agree with this.

Great selection of orthopedic shoes that are actually fashionable and SO cute! They know what brand and styles that work for you. I haven't had this type of service during my entire adult life.
