There's so many great things to say about this facility, but a few of my favorites worth mentioning are; the aquarium with live fish near the entrance, the candy shop and cafe located inside, as well as their 65 foot indoor Ferris wheel. Pro tip; if you eat at the cafe and order a kids meal, you get a token, which is good for a kids ice cream or free Ferris wheel ride. It doesn't expire either. Such a cool concept. There's a mini bowling alley upstairs along with arcade games, photo opportunities and animals. My toddler loves coming here often. There are so many friendly employees. The price point for items are normally on the pricey side, but you're paying for good quality.

Fleet feet sells great quality running shoes including brands like brooks, hokas, adidas and more. They also have running gear, sun glasses, shirts, leggings, vests, you name it. The main reason for my visit today was to get insoles for my shoes since I have high arch's. They have technology for customers to stand on to help find the right insole for you. Vikki did an amazing job helping me find what I needed. She had me try on a handful of sizes and brands to make sure I found ones that I was satisfied with. She also explained the run club to me since I had questions about it. Thanks to Vikki for outstanding customer service. If you want to take running seriously, I strongly recommend coming here. I drove half an hour to the location across town only for them to tell me there was no such hold placed, the shoes I wanted were entirely out of stock and the other store should have called to make sure the shoes I wanted were actually there. When I called the original store, all they said was it was an inventory issue and it wasn't their fault, even though the second location said they should have called. When I mentioned that again, the woman on the phone reiterated that it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything at all. They didn't even apologize. It was a waste of my time and I wouldn't recommend any of their locations (despite the fact that the employees at the North 27th location were kinder). Don't make the same mistake I did and just skip this place all together.
