As soon as we walked in the door Amir was awesome to work with. Super friendly and very focused on taking care of our issue. He brought in the store manager (Mitch) and it was all about us and figuring out the best way to take care of us receiving the wrong item in a shipment from another store. They looked into inventory from where I placed the first order and it showed them having two items left and we decided to give it another shot and they placed a replacement order. have been to several rally house locations over the years. first time at this one as our daughter is now a central Michigan student. we were greeted before we even got thru the door with a smile and hello from there it just went up. I think we talked to almost ever employee in the store. and it was nothing short of excellent. for stopping in to just see what we needed we managed to spend $400. and left a smile and plan on returning solely because the employees are so nice. read more

We drove 3 hours downstate so we could come to Rally House, it was so worth it! The staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful! I was in awe of all the fan gear they have, especially all the Lions apparel and decor! All prices were also very reasonable because you are getting high quality stuff!
