The Bailey is pretty close to 50 years old. It was covered in dust and the felt seemed brittle and lifeless. The inside liner was crusty and brittle. When I came back to pick the hat up, I was astonished at its appearance! It looked off the shelf brand new, the felt was thicker, solid feeling and the color vibrant. They shaped it and sized it for me on the spot, exactly as I described. They took the hat completely apart, put in a smoking new liner and headband. It feels better than any hat I have ever worn, and I wear a lot of different hats. The new leather headband is thicker and much more pliable. It fits so firmly, yet not so that it causes a head ache. It feels as though it would take an Oklahoma tornado to pull it off my head. I am so pleased!! I wear this hat all the time now. Thank you Shortys!! You knocked this one out of the park!!

I made it a point to do so this most recent trip though. I'd say prices are on par with other stores carrying the same products. Ironically, I was pleased to see their selection Levi's, since my dad wears them and had trouble finding his common size here at home. Ladies and men's attire had a large, excellent selection; however their women's work clothes were minimal, which surprised me. I really thought I'd be able to go in and grab some multi functional bibs and such for not only working projects at home but for work as well, with no luck. Shockingly minimal selection for the blue collared ladies. Anywho, it won't stop me from going back in and I've recommended them to a few of my buddies from work, when they're in town too!

I went to their small display in a market in Moore and now they've opened their very own store in Norman. Two Hip Chicks also display some of their cute items at Victoria's Pasta in Norman. The two ladies that own the store I met last year at the OKC fairgrounds at a craft show. I've special ordered items as well as bought items that are already made. I live in Northern CA so I haven't had a chance to actually go in their new store so I must plan a trip to Norman to visit the store. Two Hip Chicks are more than willing to ship their sales to me which makes it so sweet.

I really didn't see too much in the way of higher end materials but their prices didn't necessarily reflect that. I loved that it felt like a mom and pop run business. I will say in the clothing their prices were more reasonable. I saw that they sell uppers for AR-15's I didn't really look at their prices but I've been on the lookout for some AR-10 lowers but they quickly let me know that they don't sell firearms. I think it's odd that they sell basically everything else you need to complete a build except the lower lol. Maybe if I can make friends with them the prices will reflect that?

Most of the booths are so overstuffed with inventory and displays that you can't even get in them to shop if you fall into one of these categories. I would previously take my wheelchair bound mom to the old location and while sometimes it was a tight squeeze, she was mostly able to browse and shop easily and she spent quite a bit of money there. We were disappointed to find that the set up in the new store made shopping impossible for her. We unfortunately won't be able to come back unless something changes.
