I have an online account and was going to add the receipt, but there's no place on the site to add one, nor is there a place that even shows points, but I've been told by several people that they give points for each purchase. If not, then I'm going to return the jeans I purchased and go buy them at my regular place (Boot Barn), that does give points each time I buy something. I just happen to be driving by Tener's since I was in the area of Reno in Okc. I doubt very seriously that I'll be back (besides returning the jeans for a refund), unless they can fix this issue. On a sidenote. Coupons that they send you are only good online apparently, not in store. My regular store (Boot Barn) allows you to use your coupons online or in store.

I went to their small display in a market in Moore and now they've opened their very own store in Norman. Two Hip Chicks also display some of their cute items at Victoria's Pasta in Norman. The two ladies that own the store I met last year at the OKC fairgrounds at a craft show. I've special ordered items as well as bought items that are already made. I live in Northern CA so I haven't had a chance to actually go in their new store so I must plan a trip to Norman to visit the store. Two Hip Chicks are more than willing to ship their sales to me which makes it so sweet.

I'm gonna state here that the gentleman "assisting" me was nowhere near as helpful and the manner he handled the transaction was questionable. So boots, two pair, were ordered to be shipped and picked up at store in Mesa, AZ. Payment was made. Emails received of order. And once the order had arrived at the store I did receive a call that they were ready for pickup. Overall the OKC Boot Barn experience was very positive. They really went above and beyond. I think it's odd that they sell basically everything else you need to complete a build except the lower lol. Maybe if I can make friends with them the prices will reflect that?

I would previously take my wheelchair bound mom to the old location and while sometimes it was a tight squeeze, she was mostly able to browse and shop easily and she spent quite a bit of money there. We were disappointed to find that the set up in the new store made shopping impossible for her. We unfortunately won't be able to come back unless something changes.
